I’ve discovered OPI expert touch remover for acrylic and gel! It works amazing and it takes less time than acetone. I use the nail clips to soak them off and it works amazingly!

Regarding the soak off, get two bowls and a scraper like a spade scraper or an orange stick (wooden cuticle pusher). Fill one bowl with hot water and the other bowl with acetone. Put the acetone bowl in the bowl with the hot water. Put your nails in the acetone bowl. The acetone heats up and as you scrape the old acrylic off you have a much faster acrylic removal. Don't use the scraper to lift nails obviously.
