This song is really not about that:) It's about your journey with regards to yourself, it's not about how you look at other people.. And smiling can produce endorphins,so you will be happier if you could smile more, scientifically speaking:) That being said, if you feel like you need the time to grieve or just to be sad - take it. I feel like we can all just try and do what's best for us at the end of the day.
