I hate this wording. A natural body could be anything. It could be naturally built and curvy, naturally slim, naturally misshaped, naturally out of shape, naturally skinny, naturally muscular. I didn’t know natural meant that you don’t work out. Damien posed the most intellectually sound answer. By BMI standards I’m technically overweight (I’m 6ft, 180 lbs) I workout 5-6 days a week. Some days I do two-a-days (lift & HIIT/Cardio. I haven’t had a BBL but I have the body of Serena Williams or Beyoncé back in 2002. There is a big difference between Lizzo and Serena Williams, but both are technically overweight. So do you mean overweight as in obese? Please clear those blurred lines so we know what we have to work on:) Otherwise, great video Natalie✨

Exactly l am overweight, but I wear a size 6 I lift weights 5 days a week and do HIIT. I think when she says overweight she may mean obese. My thumbnail photo is from a month ago, I found as I got older a bunch of cardio didn’t make my body look how I wanted

Muscle weight is more compact than fat weight. The BMI charts do not factor in muscle weight. I'm short and even at a size 5 I can be 150-180lbs as I'm more muscular. I once knew a gal when I was at that weight that was much bigger but weighed the same no one believed her because of my weight. I had to explain how it was actually possible for two people to weigh the same and have much different body figure. The BMI chart is one of the worst things imho. Simply try to be the most healthy version of you, love yourself first be comfortable in your own skin whether there's a man or not.

Dark Cloud reminds me of the world toughest man David Goggins if you don’t know who he is look him up & follow him he will change your life get up & get your behind in the gym no excuses lol 😂 I read his first book Can’t Hurt Me in October 2021 when I was 275lbs got back in the gym November 2021 signed up with a personal trainer by December 2022 I was 185lbs by March 2023 I 172lbs I had lost over 100lbs naturally in 18mons I do the stair master daily for 65mins on levels 14,15,16 Before I gained weight from depression I was 140lbs use to run track 400m 800m & X Country so the athletic part was already embedded in me I just needed a push & once I got that I was focused & disciplined. Being fit & in shape is the best feeling ever 😏
