SD70M in the US uses the same engine as this one right here! It's called the EMD 710-G3B engine.

I guess it's how rail fans think and feel about the trains they watch that these trains do have some kind of personality and they can be aggressive or subdued. We know all of that depends on the man at the throttle. Loved watching this video on a beautiful cloudy day. Nicely captured!

Its amazing to see that WDP4 started at notch 6 without a wheelslip, despite having only 4 traction motors. In many other videos, there's a clear wheelslip at a slightly higher speed with the same throttle.

While stopping in stations. Before 1 km or 500 metre the train speed reduced gradually. But I thought it was skipping the stations after that I watching the video it's an halt. Dramatically speed reduced and brake applied like EMU.. Nice capture...
