Creamy Tuscan Chicken in a light and satisfying parmesan sun-dried tomato cream sauce.

I made this for dinner after watching the video today. It is amazingly good. I didn’t have any spinach in the house but I had everything else so I substituted broccoli florettes for it. It was amazing. Served it over egg noodles and my picky husband even liked it. Thank you for such a great recipe and please keep sending them. I’ve made this several times as it is a favorite for us and not that hard to prepare. Ei roast cherry or grape tomatoes with olive oil and s/p in the oven in place of sun-dried tomatoes and sometimes substitute chopped kale for the spinach. So good! Love your videos and recipes!
