So the least corrupt countries who held their citizens hostage for the shortest amount of time had the lowest Boogey Virus rates. Of course.... because people don’t get sick from germs, they get sick from being scared and upset about something that happened in their lives. Enter the worldwide FEAR CAMPAIGN brought to you by governments who have lied for decades. Governments who allow synthetic foods on the market like fake butter, Twinkies, telling you to eat 10 servings of toxic grains a day in order to keep your heart healthy, meanwhile it's causing everyone to become diabetic....THIS is who you take health info from??! Governments that lied about the medical benefit of marijuana are now to be TRUSTED? The Germ Theory was never actually proven to be 100% accurate, yet the trillion dollar medical industry is entirely based on that theory. What's the CAUSE of death in people with this "virus"? Does their brain explode? Does their heart stop beating? The CAUSE of death is still pneumonia. Pneumonia is not something you can "catch". It's a biological result of being "scared to death" of something which is exactly what the media has done to people dumb enough to watch them. You've heard the term "Worried sick". That's because your BRAIN causes you to become sick due to the stress it is perceiving! Why do you think young kids aren't getting the Boogey Virus? Because they aren't sitting in front of the news being scared to death because they're too young to understand a Fear Campaign. These pathetic "experts" just make shit up to explain their narrative as they go. First they tell you kids bring home every illness from school because they're not "exposed" to enough things, then they say somehow they're immune to a Boogey Virus? Does anyone have common sense?! You don't show the symptoms of "disease" until you stop being panicked and afraid. These symptoms usually show up 1-2 weeks after you've relaxed and resolved the upsetting event. There's no such thing that some diseases you can "catch", but not all. It's not that complex! If you can't "catch" cancer, diabetes, MS, arthritis, etc., from other people, then you can't "catch" colds, flu and Boogey Viruses. So governments around the world are CAUSING fear frights in everyone based on an unproven THEORY by one man, Louis Pasteur, who redacted his claim of the germ theory on his death bed, yet no one listened. So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the Boogey Virus, that's not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and believe they then have it, and more panic will ensue as well as martial law. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the "sickness" will be. Can anyone put 2 and 2 together to figure out what I'm saying?? Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people's lives are destroyed because of it. There's no critical thinking anymore. The group thinkers are moronic and brain dead. People think they're educated because they've memorized the lies they've been told for 100 years.

This podcast is usually a delight to listen to & a great way to start the day, but at at times it does fill the listeners with anxiety as Nate freaks out so quickly about a statement or fact he thinks will bore the listeners. We don't mind it, so Nate doesn't have to keep freaking out on our behalf. However it is ironic that Nate is worried about the listeners checking out from boredom, yet he refuses to stop talking about golf. May God bless Nate, Barbara, & Weber Dame.

Towards the beginning of the episode when Nate was talking about how great Morning Show DJ's are with their sound effects, all I could think about was Dwight at the Dundees. Namely, when Michael asks Stanley why he didn't bring his wife Terry, and Stanley says, "She the person who's hand I'm holding." And Dwight chimes in the sound, "Ohhh yeahhhh." I'm very surprised the connection to the reference wasn't made. Well, 143 Folks! Thanks for yet, another great episode!

I took my 8yr old daughter to the grocery store the other day. I pulled my basket over in the wine isle just to check my list and make sure I had everything before leaving. As soon as I did that, my daughter was like "mom don't you drink enough wine?! Why do we need more, you have enough." I told her I wasn't buying any just stopping for a second to check the list. Then I though hmmm maybe I should read that book Nate suggested. I haven't read it, I still drink wine but i've taken note for the future! Thanks Nate! Cheers

The 90's Newsfeed is memorable because there was no internet. T.V. Newsn Newspapers and Magazines. We only had 6 television channels, 20 if you were rich. Now we can instantly check stock prices from a device in our pockets.

Holy smokes! I saw the Holyfield v Bowe fight live as a kid and I completely forgot about Fan Man! My friends and I became temporarily obsessed with trying to use blankets, bags, and whatever else to parachute off roofs.

1000% agree with Nate on people our age not being able to invest energy in caring about Kobe!!! I was the biggest Jordan fan ever, and I stopped watching entirely when Kobe started, because at age 16/17 life just got too fun to care about professional basketball. Back then, it required a lot of effort to follow these guys, having no internet...

Hello Folks! So are we all just going to ignore Breakfast (R.I.P.) discussing search engines, and referring to the launch of “The Google”? You guys are great, and I really look forward to getting on “The KZbin” every week! Good bye Folks!

Loved this episode, especially when Nate asked if Aaron's team banged a gong. In North Dakota, we have a similar team, the Dickinson Midgets. Though the name is offensive, the mascot is off the charts. Picture a 1940's cartoon of a little person with anger management issues. We also enjoyed watching the St. Mary's Saints take on the Devils Lake Satan's. Quite biblical here in the North.

I try so hard to be funny enough to have my comments read. Blindspot finally picks me, and it’s just me pointing out someone else’s humor! I get it, I’m quitting my comedy career today.

Nate was thinking about the Riddick Bowe vs. Andrew Golota fight from July 11, 1996. Golota kept low blowing Riddick and a brawl broke out.

Only two 90’s topics came to my mind that you didn’t end up mentioning on this episode: Fresh Prince of Bel Air and The Sandlot. Both pretty great and worth a nod. 👍🏻

Things you missed about the 90s: Jim carrey - His run of movies in the 90s rivals Tom Hanks. and the movie The Matrix came out in 1999.

I was a preschooler in 93-94. We all agreed that Barney was for little kids, but probably all watched it when we got home. Barney was the subject of a rhyme that began "tic tac toe, three in a row, Barney got shot by a GI Joe," and no one liked Baby Bop. However, BJ, the dinosaur with the backwards hat, was obviously cool. My classmates and I understood that Barney was someone was in a costume. One friend hypothesized the guy inside had a lot of tattoos. I'll go proofread this now.

Speaking of horses...when I was a kid our horse, Sunny, died. When a horse dies, you don't have many options. My dad decided to bury it where it lay. He got his buddy out with a bachoe and they dug a hole. I couldn't stand to watch so I didn't come back and visit the grave for a couple of days. When I came back, one of Sunny's hoofs was sticking out of the ground. Clearly they didn't dig the hole deep enough, but as a child I freaked out. I honestly thought Sunny was still alive and was trying to get out. Makes me think of Nate's joke from TN Kid. Thought my dad buried Sunny while he was taking a nap.

I too thought Daniel Rucker sounded familiar. Turns out we went to Trevecca together, and we have several mutual friends. He was incredibly intelligent. Can I blame him for me not being smart too?

I’m interested to hear Aaron’s thoughts on the Oklahoma City Thunder name, since it is technically also a sound. My argument for why it’s a great name is thunder in Oklahoma can be pretty intimidating, plus they play “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC throughout every game who I like to think wrote the song just for us. I guess we didn’t know how to dress a mascot up as a sound though, so we just took the easy route and it’s actually just a bison named rumble instead…by the way this episode sucks I miss when y’all were funny
