Does that mean MCHAMMER is out dated? Even if it's hammer time?

Thin crust is superior and hearing your stance against it I’m not sure I can continue to listen to this podcast. However, Starry is awful so I think I will stay around for a few more.

The snippets are good. The podcast format (in general, not just yours) is too long. Tell us some jokes. Put videos of shows because, you know who we are? AN AUDIENCE.

Oh, I enjoy each minute of the podcasts! I love the way Brian reads the research alound as they discuss. Aaron is a good questioner, and Dusty always has an interesting slant on things. Their laughter is infectious!! Love Nate. They all make a great symphony! Funny, interesting comics that bring tons of joy..!! ❤😂❤

I asked AI Google Gemini to tell a joke in the style of Nate Bargatze. The result is below. I think your job is safe. Gemini aint got nothing on you. "Alright, here's a joke in the style of Nate Bargatze: I went to the grocery store the other day, and there was this whole section dedicated to "adult lunchables." Now, I'm all for convenience, but who exactly are these adults who don't know how to put crackers and cheese in a Tupperware container? I mean, is there a support group? "Hi, my name's Steve, and I've been struggling with lunch assembly for 35 years." And what happens when these adults become even more adult? Do they graduate to "senior lunchables?" Just a bunch of prunes and denture cream all neatly packaged? Maybe that's the key to aging - you slowly lose the ability to make lunch decisions until eventually someone's just pureeing your dinner straight into your feeding tube. Kind of takes the excitement out of retirement, doesn't it?"

Concerning Nate’s comment about going to Taco Bell because you’re trying to be healthy, Taco Bell is consistently named the healthiest fast food restaurant! The menu is very customizable, so you can cut calories easily. Nate’s right more than people give him credit for!

I was a high school Latin teacher for a few years and one of my students *thought* she got her sister’s birthday tattooed in Roman numerals on her arm. Rather than spelling out “1994”, she got the numbers 19, 90, and 4 all smashed together into one long number that isn’t readable. I panicked that I was a terrible teacher until one of my other students texted me to say, “I saw the Instagram post. She’s an idiot.”

We were the people buying ducklings at Easter about 10 years ago. Turns out, that summer a cicada brood was emerging in our region. Our teenage ducks were thrilled with natures unlimited buffet!

It was so hilarious to hear Nate figuring out Roman numerals for the first time. I could just picture him as the meme with all the numbers flying around his head.

Ironically the Roman Empire fell before the first calendars that denoted years since Christ as year 1 came about. They generally didn't number years. They referred to years based on who were the highest ranked politicians. (kind of like the Chinese giving each year an animal, "year of the rat") The calendars were just to note the days of the year but not which year it was. Apparently they didn't quite get the number of days in a year right either. Can't find anything about if they made adjustments seeing as their calendar was used for centuries.

@@ModeratelyAmusedyeah lol “during the reign of ___” was juat how they denoted time periods 😂. I mean we kind of do it too. Someone might say “during ___’s presidency”

When teaching Roman numerals in school I would always show the clip from Disney’s Hercules when he tells, “Quick, somebody call IX-I-I!” Helped kids feel like they were in on the joke. I know you struggle with my last name, so let’s use my maiden name, Sandra Kuligowski

Hello folks! This podcast has been such a great blessing to me. THANK YOU!!! Interesting thing to remember: the Romans used chisels (STRAIGHT pieces of medal) to tap their "writings" into stone. So, all of their letters and numbers needed to be a straight line. Even the C, picture a sideways V. You guys are the best. Keep on doing what you do.

Barnaby Jones, why not try one episode where you're not constantly looking for a chance to halt the conversation with an ad, by pre-recording them. Then you can insert them wherever you want without interrupting the flow. PLEASE.

Man no one questioned the largest cattle ranch being 300,000 acres in Florida! By far the largest cattle ranch is in Texas at >800,000 acres! King Ranch, they even name a Ford Truck trim level after it.

I didn't know about Nate until SNL last year. I can't get enough of his comedy now, I think I've watched everything that comes upon YT. He jokes about things we can relate to; it's imperative to have humor in this life.

Who is everyone’s most underrated comedian? OR, what comedian do you know has not received the attention his work deserves? Mine has to be Tim Hawkins. He is often on your, but I feel not everyone knows who he is. And he’s been at it for a while.

So glad you mentioned the "Sunday's Best" song on your podcast. My wife and I saw you in Greensboro on Mother's Day. Loved the show, but wondered what song was playing. It is now one of my favorites. In spite of you not listening to lyrics, you picked a great song for Mother's Day.
