Loved the house. Would cut down on the closer space and make a retreat. I’d prefer the shower be something other than glass doors. Is add a fireplace and it would be perfect.

Nate, You made our night showcasing this model. It is available, in Northern California. We live in Southern California and we plan on moving into Northern California and buy land to put a manufactured home on it. We are looking at the Timber Ridge Elite as our As I am writing this, we are watching "The Ambrosia," which I believe is the one you indicated you would link to in this video. It is definitely REALLY similar. I find it interesting that different companies have almost the identical floor plans. Gives us hope to personalize ours. thank you for sharing it. If you EVER happen on the one without that angled kitchen counter where the sink it and just a GIANT island, we'd LOVE to see it! We've seen a single 2 minute video on it. THANK YOU FOR SHARING! Wow that closet with window I love all the room in there like a single bed would fit in there 😆 love the master closet. Someone didn't like window but that is easy put a blind up or heavy curtain so the light doesn't ruin their clothes😀 Love the kitchen love the coffee bar and the cups could go up above and all the dry or sealed little creamers and all the sugars and stevia when company comes and busy cooking they could find all easy. Would option all wood floors And add a fireplace. Love the big bedrooms and that master bath I could live in there. Theater room wonderful. I'd put a Murphy bed on the one small wall when all the family comes for holidays. Thanks for sharing have a great day😀

Yes, this home is beautiful!!! I love this house, the floor plan of this house is a plus especially with NOT having the primary suite off of the living room, kitchen/dining room or the rec room. The kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful, the only thing I would change is take away the carpet in the living room/dining room area & add sliding or French doors in the dining room area. Yes, I can see myself living in that house for sure!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Hey, this is my floor plan, down in So California! We moved in about 5 months ago. We did make changes to it though. In our house we opted for French Doors instead of the three paneled windows, in the game room and French Doors along the Great room and dining room wall! It is a great floor plan. Very open! A lot of space for everyone, even with the 7 of us. I do wish the pantry were bigger, as it is more of a step in than a walk in, we have shelves along e back wall as well as sides. Also the distance between the sink and stove is pretty wide, a small prep sink near the stove would be perfect. Thanks for touring this one!

I really like the master walk-in closet being located as you enter the room as opposed to other layouts where the walk-in closet is accessed via the bathroom. Beautiful home all around. If this were my home I would use lighter colors, however.

This home has an Exceptional Layout! It was very dark with the paint colors and cabinetry choices. Seemed to be more on the Formal side with the Decor Style which I did NOT like at all but those are very easy changes. That layout tho was Phenomenal. Great job Nate... ❤️

Gorgeous home tour! Beautiful kitchen and master bedroom with a the perfect sized master closet! The color scheme was beautiful, the layout was great! In my opinion, I would remove the carpet from the dining room and living room. Those high traffic areas never do well with carpet. I would only keep it in the bedrooms. I was impressed with the amount of cabinets in the kitchen. Absolutely perfect!

I think this model is base off from Golden West Homes GLE 641G. I thought this house and GLE 641G looks similar. The GLE 641G that I watched on another channel has more white color while this house has darker green color. The one that you mention at 3:45 is the Golden West Homes GSP642K.

I love it, short of maybe making a few changes. I also noted that the master shower had a non-slip surface, which I believe ALL showers and tubs should have for safety, so that is a REAL plus for this bathroom. Again, I would not want my microwave above the stove, I believe this could be dangerous and leaving open bigger possibilities of getting burned. Otherwise, I agree on not having carpet in the dining area, I would rather see laminate flooring. This unit is definitely appealing and would be a favorite with a few minor changes.
