I LOVE all the drawers. I have a lot of drawers and they are good for putting bowls in, plates everything. You don't have to squat down to get into a cabinet. I'll never go back to just bottom cabinets. You can get drawer dividers so you can have lids on one side and bowls on the other. They are great! So glad to see this! Geez, Nate, my father is near Morgantown. From Montana to West Virginia?

I like where the Master bedroom and the Utility room are together separated by the barn door. Liked the pantry and the small bedroom for an office

Would really love to see a Fireplace in that Living Room, they always make the room look so cozy. Kitchen Sink needs to be over in front of those windows. If gonna do a Sink in Island let it be a small Prep Sink or none at all. I prefer none at all. Very nice Kitchen with plenty Cabinets & a nice Pantry too. Really like the Glass Sliding Doors in Dining Room. Do away with that Office/Bonus Room & use that space to make the other two Bedrooms larger & add a little more closet space there too. I hate small bedrooms so adding that space to bedrooms will be great. Can also take some to add a Linen Closet. Master Bedroom nice. Master Bath is pretty, love the Vanity with the Square Sinks, Master Shower is beautiful but needs a Bench over by Hand Held Shower Wand. Would love for Toilet to be in Water Closet but this is a beautiful Home. Thank You for the tour, had never seen this one.

I like this home BUT...no linen closets in the bathrooms nor anywhere for an upright freezer. That's what would fit my needs.

I have to say I think this is probably my favorite house that I seen there's only like three things I would change. Okay maybe four but other than that the first thing I would change is I'm not a big fan of the barn doors. And I'm not a fan of the door going into the laundry room out of the bedroom I would want that all to be extra closet. So I would also get rid of the barn doors going into the bathroom and then I have a small closet put into the bathroom or a storage cabinet for towels and accessories and things like that and then in the kitchen I think I would put my sink by the window so I can look out while I'm doing dishes and then instead of having those tall cabinets and the island I would make that more drawers. Then I think I would have the attic access put into the hallway instead of into the bedroom closet. That way I can have a whole house attic fan installed in the hallway. Then I would have it set on a split Foundation 1/2 would be a basement and the other half would be a two-car garage

Kitchen makes no sense to me. Sink shouldn't be in island. You don't need all that counter space by the windows. I prefer top cabinets. Getting a drink out of frig have to walk other end of kitchen.for a glass.And more counter space by the stove. Like the cabinets in laundry room/utility. The stairwell if not being one good spot for brooms, mops, kitchen trash barrel. I like how there are walk-in closets for al bedrooms. Don't like bathroom positioned in front of bee. Do like shower. Primary closet too small small.. thank you for the tour..

I agree I think the price is a little excessive because for what you're getting it's a beautiful house but it doesn't have cultured marble sinks in the bathroom it doesn't have storage in the bathrooms it doesn't have granite or solid surface countertops in the kitchen. Now if it had those items I could definitely see it being 240 maybe 260 this definitely is more of like 180 maybe 190

Unless they reconfigure the space that office cannot be used as another bedroom. It has to have a closet. At least that's how it is in some states.

Very nice, love the high ceilings, crown molding would really top it off, great kitchen, needs a feature wall, better light fixtures, not a fan of the master bedroom or bathroom… not my favorite home…

I’d rather have cabinets with draws over doors I’m not a fan of this one I’d rather have pocket doors than the barn doors does the vanity in the master look like it’s not long enough? It look to short, move the toilet, vanity to make more room

Sorry, but I do not like this home. I hate barn doors and you have them in master room, no way. The frige is a mile away from the stove which is a no no to me. No place for freezer, just to many things I don't care for.

I don’t like this house at all. To start with kitchen layout is not good. Fridge is to far from the stove sink should be in front of sink. That give the island a large place to work on. Utility room is to small no room to hang up coats no place for shoes. That would be the door used.
