THAT and a stand alone tub in the master bath. Knew it was missing something. Even a wood burning (or electric) stove would look nice. But then there really wouldn’t be a place for a television. Or you could use the office for a media room. That would work. There are ALWAYS workarounds for 99.9% of problems

I love the outside and the master with that shiplap. But I counted at 5 different wood tones. I definitely would make different finishing choices 😆

Like the layout livingroom kitchen eating area. Nice pantry. I like how they put 2 beds in a room can see how it fits. Nice primary suite. Could be a lil bigger. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour.

Hello Nate! Good video! I like this place! Love the porch! #1) The Living Room needs a Gas Fireplace or stove. #2) In the Kitchen...the Microwave would have to be moved to the counter by the pantry; it's too high for me above the stove, and as I can't climb, I can't get to it that way either. We don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. I love the Pantry! #3) The Dining Room is nice. Of course, we only need a 4-person Table, so that would give me more room for Grandma's China Cabinet against the walls in there. Only 2 places the China Cabinet can go - I'd probably put it beside the shown dishwasher, as that looks like the best place for it. #4) The Utility Room is okay. I like that the Furnace is in there - too bad the Water Heater isn't, but it is in the hallway, so that's also okay! That spot where the built-in drop-off is - I would remove it and use that spot to put an Upright Freezer! We'd build a Garage outside that back door and build a Storage unit in it with a big long-term Pantry and a Pet Shower. #5) The shown Office would be my Music Studio Room, soundproofed. If room, I'd make a small spot for an "Office". #6) The guest bedroom would be my Library. I might make the closet in there into a small sitting area. #7) The guest bathroom would be left as is. #8) The Master Bedroom is okay. I like it that the Closet is in the bedroom. Closet isn't real big, but it's okay. The Master Bathroom...the only thing I'd change for sure is the tile shower. I'd remove it and put in a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo instead! I like the vanity area; and for once, the Commode area looks like it is wide enough for me to sit without hitting the walls! I'd probably remove the door though. #8) As I said at the start, I love the porch. But we'd probably enclose half of it so we could use it year round to eat out there without the bugs driving us crazy, or whatever. As I said, good video, Nate. Nice house, on the whole! It's not a great price, but not too bad either. God bless y'all.

Fantastic home, I could be comfortable living in this fulltime. Love all the windows and the cabinets separating the kitchen from the dining/living areas. Only thing I would change is ditch the carpet for LVP thought.👍

Love the porch, and the master bath. The only draw back for me was no sink in laundry room, no fireplace, small master closet . But the over all look of the home was great. Thank you .

Beautiful view to the porch, but I would replace three of the big porch windows with an entertainment center and fireplace. I would have this as a vacation home. Glad the water heater is behind a door & not in a closet.

Cool! I would of liked to of seen more of a cabin look on the inside. Maybe some wooden feature wall besides by front door and with a fireplace.

I love the look outside. As nice as the inside is, it needs more wall space in the living room. There is no place to set up a TV.

@@NatesHomeTours oh awesome! I visited them last year and they have some beautiful homes that are very well priced! There's also a place in Kennewick if you ever visit there too!
