Cooking foods for planes has an additional challenge. In high altitude there is not sufficient oxygen density and our smelling senses get weaker. Which is one of the reasons food tastes different in plane.

Air India is the only flight which includes meals in the price of the ticket, which is at par with other airlines minus meals. Indigo is the most rudest of all. Happy that Air India will compete and dominated over Indigo in coming times

I travel a lot and usually prefer Airindia business class for my overseas travels. Airindia food is always good. You never miss the Desi home food. Some improvement is needed in the snaking items like nuts. They are not good. Sometimes, you will get stale nuts. No complaints over the food. They improved the night suit and toiletries also. Please improve your business class lounge at Delhi Airport. This is the worst lounge I have experienced. Loyalty (credit card) lounges are way better than your Delhi lounge food
