To answer your question 12 years later -- I think this might actually be a New England Regional Championship from around 1981 or 1982. I remember a long time ago seeing a recording of TV broadcast from a local Boston station that showed some winners of the junior and senior events with JoJo Starbuck commentating. It's stuck in my mind because it was the first time I saw Jill Frost skate after seeing her constantly named as one of the potential greats that burned out early. She was definitely worthy of the hype. She landed a huge triple flip in junior ladies and this was around the same time Katarina Witt became the first woman credited with the triple flip by the ISU. The only other footage I've seen of Jill was 1984 US Nationals I think (could've been 1983 or 1985) where she was starting to have issues with the jumps. I think she still hung onto 4th place but that might've been her last appearance at US Nationals.
