As sad as this storyline was it was the most realistic, classy, respectful and beautifully written tribute to all of those who have been affected by death in law enforcement! I felt it was a beautiful tribute to those in law enforcement and to the actor who portrayed the character of James Nathan Reeves West! Ryan Paevey was so beloved by the cast and crew of GH that the thought of anyone else portraying the character was unthinkable! So they wrote this beautifully written heartbreakingly breathtaking story! Every person who acted in this storyline deserves every award that could ever be given....

It was nice seeing Spinelli and Mac hug each other. Mac wasn't always nice to him, but I think he'd grown to respect him as the father of Maxie's firstborn child.
