well Circa Survive is a top 5 band of all time for me.. their Album Blue sky noise is one of my top favorites album of all time.. up their with Define the Great Line from UO. all that being said this new single wasn't thing and I am a fan.. Go listen to Glass Arrows.. that song is incredible. Blue sky noise Is a must listen

I grew up in the same period as you guys did with more screamo stuff always taking the lead, and stayed on that train meanwhile Circa was tip-toeing around in all their greatness. It took me a long time to officially get into them but now that I am, they're absolutely one of my favorites. Almost everything AG does = instant goosebumps. This song was no exception for me.

I've listened to him/them since Juturna and (old) Saosin (about 12 years), and still enjoy their material. He has a particular vocal register that not everyone will enjoy though. However, if you like it, Secret and Whisper - Warrior is probably the closest you can get to it.

Spot on with these top songs. Get Out is perhaps my favorite of these. I would add I Felt Safe. Or go way back to Circa the beginning :p with Act Appalled and Holding Someone's Hair Back. His vocals can be a bit jarring if you're not into falsetto, but he uses his voice well to convey emotion.

Circa is a band I have to be in the mood for. Anthony’s vocals are so strong but also so different that it is a bit of an acquired taste. In the morning and amazing is probably my favorite song of theirs. I honestly only put them on now and then but sometimes it hits the spot perfectly.

To be fair this is not one of Circa's best songs. New listeners should check out "Stop The Fucking Car," "We're All Thieves," or "Through The Desert Alone." Circa is my favorite band and have been making quality music for almost 20 years. Many different sounds in their discography. Anthony can sing like no other. Knowing that this song is about the hope of forgiveness and starting over (and possibly being unable to which means this is someone's feelings in an ultimate end of a relationship, life, etc), this song hits HARD for me. It is so heavy with that fuzzy tone of the synth and bass along with that haunting guitar...it really reminds me of times when I've been in a fog and just...lost. It's definitely not the rock sound I expected from Circa, but the emotion is still there, albiet very dark. It's on an EP/B-side which generally is a stray away from their "normal" sound. Variety is always good.

Im always glad to give something new a chance but I couldn't get into this despite making a concerted effort to be open minded. I know you guys appreciated the lyrics but I couldn't even pay attention to the words because of the sound of his voice. You guys rock. Keep the videos coming. Can't wait for the podcast.

Even as a huge Circa fan I thought this song was pretty meh, don't think it really showcased the bands talents besides Anthony's. But to be fair it seems like a very personal song for him as he's said it was written right before going into rehab following an overdose. Y'all might enjoy their heavier sounds from Descensus or Blue Sky Noise a bit better if you ever decide to revisit them.

I used to get him confused with Dallas Green, cause of the last names, but Dallas has a much better voice. I don't like Anthony's voice the way I don't like Zack's voice from RATM. They just get under my skin and are too high pitched.

I like Circa, and I like Anthony’s vocals (particularly the raspy stuff), but musically I found this incredibly underwhelming and genuinely HATED the drums in this track. It sounded like 3 minutes of build up to a crescendo that never really came. Disappointed. Also, think I missed when Nath became a Broco fan! This makes me happy! Was it following One True Prince? Have you gone back and checked out more?

Hi guys! You were 100% correct about that voice!🤭 Never heard Circa Survive before but thanks to you guys they really brightened up my day ...... for all the wrong reasons! It was all going so well until the singer opened his GQ be-stubbled mouth area (WTF ?????🤦‍♂️) and that strange, pinched, slightly reedy sound escaped his lips like a fart on helium!! I haven't stopped smiling since. Sheer class! Almost as funny as Eskimo Callboy and they actually had to put in effort to be that amusing - Circa Survive manage it by natural talent alone. Genius!! Keep up the good work guys! Best show on TV by miles!!🤘🤘
