Back in action with a heavy video drop! The channel angles of the extreme paddle session that went down at teahupoo, enjoy guys, this was one of the heaviest ive been apart of with people willing to go on anything and die for the glory of changing what is possible!

@nickortcoski67692 жыл бұрын
Nate, that was a really really heavy session. What got me about this day was how difficult the drops looked, so steep and so fast? I'd like to hear your thoughts on comparable drops, Choppes against Pipe against others and let us know what you have to do to make them? I'm getting too old to handle those wipeouts but would hand in hand ask about how heavy are those wipe outs are after not making a drop?? Nic puts these little credits in the corner when someone rides the wave so you know who it is, found myself asking myself " who is that charger" on a few of these... Want to see that MD deep tow one!! Respect to you and all who gave it a go out there this day! Aloha

Best surfing content on KZbin easily. Heavy sets, heavy music, great GoPro shots, and that look back on Tahiti a couple times. Perfect vid!
@joshuaanderson43112 жыл бұрын
OK, so first things first...... THAT WAS EPIC!!! The intensity of the music perfectly matched the intensity of the waves and the surfers riding them. Second of all.... glad no one got hurt! That wave's hydraulics is mind blowing. The wave comes in from such deep water that the draw of the previous wave is pushing it back up. It really is a freight train rolling over at 30 mph. Ya'll got some big ole' brass ones on ya. Keep up with the intensity and stay safe. We all want to see more and more of this. Ty for your shared journey.
@orion88292 жыл бұрын
I think you mean hydrodynamics not hydraulics
@robertchiarizia94632 жыл бұрын
@@orion8829 I suppose it could be hydraulics if the wave breaks on you and squishes you into the reef, then rolls you across it like grating cheese for dinner. Liquid is not compressible, why hydraulics work and air in the system messes it up. Air is compressible, why a barrel spits and brakes get spongy with air in the lines.

This is it right here. This is why we’re all here watching. That story of Matahi sitting out the back for hours waiting for the wave of the day was rad to hear the locals are nuts. Von froth is a charger that line up sounded so heavy. If you say its intense and heavy it is. I thrive off this it makes me want to push myself harder and harder in bigger surf. It’s literally your going or not there is no in between. Nate your a madman and a absolute legend I can’t wait to see more keep charging brada ya buddy 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💪🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

The Bodyboarders must be bummed. Usually West swells were their domain. Taking off at the pinch and then hop scotching car sized foam balls takes alot of skill. I am also going to say alot of luck too, because it seemed apparent there were many bailouts and little serious injury. Thank you Nathan.
