I read somewhere the song is about friends trying to get a handle on their drinking problem.. like doing rehab/12 steps ..but one of them is not doing well.. so the other friend "worries" about' them.. the song is about encouraging the one who is struggling.. and letting them know someone "worries" about their well-being.. it's a beautiful thing ♥️
