No fucking social media, no bullshit Covid destroying the lives and livelihood of people. THESE were the happiest times in my life. Watching this competitiontook me back in time in such a way that I started crying. This competiition was THE ONE that made me so vibrant and into drew me to this category. With the advent of cross fit, with more weight training-focused workouts and the desire for fitness enthusiasts to become more "buff", increasing musculature and strength beyond what traditional aerobics provided, we are learning that increased weight, even muscular weight isn't necessarily a healthy thing as it acts just like any excessive weight and places extra strain on the heart, the more natural body weight strengthing component of aerobics and the sport itself was ahead of its time
