At the 2011 census, London had a population of 8,173,941. Of this number 44.9% were White British. 37% of the population were born outside the UK, including 24.5% born outside of Europe.

Another point often over looked on the race question is the way that areas have become 'Black areas' or 'Asian areas' etc which clearly indicates that racial minorities have a natural attraction to their own kind which simultaneously to some degree involves the exclusion of other races; Southall for example is at least 90% Asian, there are no more blacks living there than whites.

It's birmingham mate,the 'battle of Digbeth'.
@mwingereza15 жыл бұрын
1. As already stated, this was the Battle of Digbeth 1978. 2. The police were there to prevent the left storming the Digbeth Civic Hall (shown at 0:03, and elsewhere). The building had been purchased decades earlier by the council, and hired out for concerts, wrestling and other events. 3. The Young National Front hired the venue for a rally. You can see them being let through police lines 0:19 to 1:27 . 4. The guy at 1:24 may be a young Andrew Brons (then 30, now 62 and MEP for the BNP).
@dionstraker67848 жыл бұрын
In addition to that it is interesting to consider that although the NF and BNP only had about 2% or whatever of the vote, in recent times around 40% of the public stated they were in favor of compulsory repatriation of non white immigrants and about 70% feel immigration overall has been a bad thing for this country. Thus it is not that so much that the public are unsympathetic to the anti immigrant and repatriation position held by the NF and BNP, but that they're unwilling to give support to the them in the first place.
@johngoose14974 жыл бұрын
Dion straker. You do not take into consideration the fiddled figures that have often been exposed in voting, & over a million people voted for two BNP MEPs Andrew Bronze & Nick Griffin, & the big fact that immigration was put here without democratic vote because the corrupt left would have lost the vote if there was democracy, the same gos for the evil EU that has crippled britian ,& over 17, million voted brexit. As one man once sed When you can't get on a bus. We can Now see his speech evolving more every day. This was the inaugural meeting of the YNF, Young National Front. It wasn't a 'march' and the riot outside involved counter demonstrators and the police. How do I know? I was there. I was 19 and this was my first N.F. activity. I'm quite puzzled by some of the comments here. Yes, I was in the N.F. I've never 'murdered ' anyone and have never heard of any of my former political associates who have. One person mentioned convicted child killer Jason Owens. A few years ago a paedophile ring was discovered to have been led by a Liberal Democrat, not only a member of the party but a Liberal Democrat COUNCILLOR! Is that whole political party going to be smeared with his odium? I think not! I'm getting on in years and have other things to do with my time these days. Whether or not we got 'beaten up' is immaterial. I did what I thought was right at the time.

john kevin wilshaw Ok, thanks. Appreciate your time to respond. I do agree with some of your points but I don't agree that one race is better than another. For example, in the Middle Ages, it was the Arabs at the forefront; now it's the Caucasians (or Chinese/Japanese etc..).

@Aegaleus Britain has had immigration since before the Romans (who were themselves multiculturalists) came here. Then the Danes, the Saxons, the Norman Conquest, etc. The parochial, insular, small island, mindset of the average BNP supporter seems to think the British are a race appart. Evolving in a kind of splendid isolation. Nothing could be further from the truth! "What do they know of England, who only England know? What do they know of the world, who only England know?" To all and sundry. The bottom line is whether or not a counter demonstration took place at this meeting or not whether left wing groups turned up to disrupt NF marches or not, the NF had little chance of gaining widespread public support, absolutely nothing was achieved by the left other than making a nuisance of themselves and to mete out gratuitous violence against their political opponents. In short the NF's failure to achieve more at elections was nothing to do with anti racist activities, the NF were mistaken to continue marching through inner cities because it conveyed the the wrong kind of image to the electorate. Martin Webster and John Tyndall were both ex Conservatives, taking a cue from the fate met by Enoch Powell after making his Rivers of Blood speech in 1968 (he was packed off to an obscure constituency), they would have better off staying with the Tories but keeping their anti immigrant pro repatriation views unannounced. Then, if and when they were in a position to implement a halt to Commonwealth Immigration and initiate the repatriation process as they proposed in the NF, they could have done so without anybody being able to do anything about it. Enoch Powell could and should have done just this rather than spout off in the way he did, in doing so he let the cat out of the bag which was a grave mistake on his part. STEVEN HARMAN

The Saxons,Romans. the Normans, maybe the Irish, or is it just when the immigrants aren't white. "England has a unique culture" Guess what? So does every country in the world, even some areas within a country, That identity is constantly changing, or do you believe the Englishman of today has that mush in common with the Englishman of 1000 years ago

@Aegaleus Do you really need a history of immigration into this country? Cultural pluralism has been a way of life for thousands of years, not just in this country, but all over the world.
