the war was set up amazingly. at first it seems like things are going well but there is still an overarching sense of dread that the traveler acknowledges themself and slowly things get worse. we keep seeing the death and monster count go up, the state of abyssal corruption keeps getting worse, we have to make decisions to either help some ppl or move on to the next hotspot, people are dead before we get there, and there just isn’t enough time. we aren’t fast enough. we go through this until eventually the arena is the only place left worth defending. we go there and we experience the whole chasca and her sister thing. it’s devastating bc a lot of the dead npcs were characterized even if just by others talking about how they protected them. Just some quick corrections. The family tree Lovecraft created for his mythos was made as a joke he shared with a friend, which is pretty obvious when you think on how it doesn't thematically fit for the outer gods and great old ones to have familial links and offspring as carbon based lifeforms do, considering the entire point of cosmic horror is fear of the unknown and unknowable taken to a cosmic level and beings so vast as the Magnum Innominandum, or the Nameless Mist, having children or offspring in any conceivable way defeats that. Secondly, I suggest reading Through the Gates of the Silver Key to find out what Yog-Sothoth really is, i.e. the Supreme Archetype, and why simply placing Azathoth as the ruler and the strongest isn't really correct.

They can't really do the voice lines if only Paimon's VA is available. I hope they get things figured out before 5.3's act 5. From what I understand the strike has to do with implementing contract protections against AI nonsense involving voice over work.

(The Traveller and the Sibling), we're told this directly by Nahida. "I'm sure you remember the entity that changed your fate: The Heavenly Principles." Also she introduces herself as "The Sustainer of Heavenly Principles" when Lumine asks who she is, right before launching a mass of cubes at the twins. Another key point is that the cubes are there in the cutscene of Khaenri'ah's ruins. So no, its not likely that Celestia is even remotely benevolent. A benevolent group doesnt force two curses(immortality and wilderness curses, the latter of which twisted a majority of the people into hilichurls) on the victims of a cataclysm. As per Dainsleif, ALL of Khaenri'ah was cursed, even the innocent. "Against the might of the gods, the only identity that mattered was being from Khaenri'ah". By all means, punish those responsible, but Celestia went well beyond what was justifiable. ALL of Khaenri'ah was punished. Citizenry, royal guard, commoners, nobility, EVERYONE. The Celestial nails are a different matter, seeing as they're mostly used to purify Abyssal corruption, but that does beg the question of why Sal Vindagnyr got hit with one. We also have the fact that Celestia ordered Orobashi to be killed, simply because he learned the truth of Celestia's origins.

Ronova and The Lord of the Night arent the same like I mean it didnt made much sense since the obsidian codex and some overworld text said clearly that the Night Kingdom was created that the surviving Seelie of the war against Xuihcoatl via a leaf of Irminsul that survived his flames ... That was too much for a shades who are supposed to act in the shadows and shall not being named. I think that the "help" the Caiptain could be alluding to is reversing his body's aging. I don't have any deep proof to support this, but he said that not only has his body aged, but he's greatly weakened over time. If he really does have one last great foe to conquer for the Shade of Death, he'll need to be in top form-something he can only achieve if he's at HIS peak, back when his body was young.

The Captain has the curse of immortality but there are different kinds of immortals and the issue with a lot of media is they never specify which leads to the audience being confused. For example vampires are also immortals but they can be killed. Most times what's meant by immortality is agelessness. Meaning you can't die from old age, but they didn't specify whether the person is indestructible meaning they can be killed. So they cannot die by natural means but they can die by unnatural means. I do think that Capitano will sacrifice himself in place of Mavuika, which will be disappointing to many Capitano wanters. But Hoyoverse would sooner make a harbinger not playable than an Archon. Either way, amazing vid as always Dawit and I can't wait to see what goes down next

about all the shades being females i once watched a theory about it that said the primordial one a progenitor god hailing from beyond the stars being an androgynous being and we know that the shades are an extension of him so he has to be a male and all the shades are females to create a balance or smt like that. One thing that confused me was that in English it's "lord of the night" but in Portuguese, the language of the subtitles I play in was basically translated as "lady of the night" so many theories about this lord being Xbalanque or any other dude left me confused Before making theories you should look at the Portuguese or even the Chinese subtitles, the Chinese one is the original and the Portuguese one doesn't have that nonsense, in Dain's last quest the Portuguese subtitle also called the "Vinster king" the dark king, simplifying it immensely a lot of things
