A lot of people forget that when the jerks threaten to succeed they are in fact making war on their own neighbors who are loyal Americans first and Texans second. There is no harm in having pride in your state, I am originally from California, but I am a US citizen first, and Californian second. The point is your rights are American citizen rights that they do not have any right to try to take away from you. I am a 6th Generation Texan and had 3 different families in my family tree come to Texas before 1815. Texas won its independence from Mexico on March 2, 1836. Native Texans have always made jokes about succession ever since I can remember. I guess there is such Texas pride because we were once an independent country, even though it was just shy of a decade. I am very saddened we have a governor who probably would do that if all of the right situations aligned….It also saddens me that a Texas rancher sent his red angus calves to Israel last year to be slaughtered, and then burned, within sight of the Al Aqsa Mosque in hopes that it will be miraculously destroyed and to exacerbate the war that is already occurring between Israel and Hamaas. I know the majority of Jews do not want this to happen and it is painful to know the poor angus heifers came from my state and will die in hopes of starting the end of days 😢

Two days ago, I had a very vivid dream about trying to feed multitudes in this large castle. there weren't enough people to help, or food to distribute. Suddenly some of the inhabitants decided to have a skirmish with some of the others ("a divided house cannot stand" scenario); one group was dressed in blue-ish grey uniforms, the others in bright red (reminiscent of early break away issues that plagued the USA); but while all that was going on, the lower levels of the castle were being flooded, with flood waters, and it divided the lower levels into three distinct regions. I wasn't thinking on any of these topics before sleep. Also torrential flooding has come up three times in recent weeks, and at least two of them involved this same "castle" or very large fortified building. In my dream, however, the guys in the blue-ish, not so tailored outfits were driving back those in the red jackets.

I'm sorry but Texas itself will not survive as a state without Federal funding. You've got to know that. Nor will any of the states that Texas might court to go with it on a "Texit." Norway has been using "Texas" as a byword for "utter insanity" for years already. Your state government can't even keep the lights and heat on in the wintertime, or the AC on in the summers that are getting more and more punishing. If FEMA hadn't been there to bail out Houston the city would probably still be underwater. The Texliban has all but declared open season on any female between the ages of 10 and 50 in the state. The beef, oil and gas lobbies in the state capitol hijack any legislation that the religious nutjobs haven't already blocked, and the stuff that gets advanced is either "Biblically" insane or designed to benefit whatever Russian oligarch the originator has the backing of. My cousin is a history teacher in Texas, and she's terrified to deviate from the slightest from the classroom script even though she knows it's a racist fabrication, lest someone come after her (or her students) either at home or in the classroom with a gun for "saying the wrong thing" or "wokeism" or "teaching CRT" or something else the religious nutjobs that seem to have a stranglehold on the state don't like. I'm probably missing a lot more.

The "splitting" appeared (as if on a map) with a huge V shape, sharp point downwards, creating three separate areas. It felt like it related to the USA. The flooding happened very quickly (and usually, from my prior dreams and their results) means ACTUAL flooding, not symbolic. A law was passed after the 9/11 attack. President Bush had passed the law to require the United States of America to provide military support for Israel. It is still a law that has caused us to do this even though we are not supporting the actions of Netanyahu. Alot of different laws were passed during this period of time. The department of Homeland Security was an example of what was going on because of this experience happening. The holdup of support for The Ukrainians is because of the extremists in our own government and the love of Putin.

Oh my goodness. Those cows are living a good life. The idea behind the religious sacrifice is kooky, but the way they slaughter a cow is quick and then they do eat the cow then use the ashes to make holy water don't they? I spent a lot of my childhood in Texas. I remember being taught in elementary school that when Texas joined the Union they reserved the right to succeed. Financially, it would be a blow to them. Texas is one of a few states that have no State income tax. That’s why it’s a favored state for businesses. If they, as well as any states that leave with them do this, they will also have to create and support their own military. I highly doubt it would be popular with the majority of Texans.

I'm grateful to learn that France and Poland are truly stepping up to help hold the defence line in Ukraine. Just this weekend, I watched helplessly as a beautiful Ukrainian family had to flee their home, to save their children and their animals. They hung on as long as they could, always hoping that safely and peace would have returned by now. But the shelling became so bad in their region, that they finally had to run. Maryann, I live in Texas and have my whole life. Yes, there are fanatics but not anymore than in other states. We all are doing the best we can to turn our state blue. The old guard just can’t survive and they are holding on with their claws as we fight every day. We have lots of land here. From one part of Texas to the other it can be a 12 hour drive. Lots of old oil, gas, and ranchers. There is hope! Love your readings and listen as soon as you post. We’ll keep fighting here, but Austin, is my home. I have no trouble imagining how threatening and reminiscent Putin's actions are, and it seems that the European NATO countries have shown profound restraint to this point. Putin will continue to threaten as though his wishes have supremacy, and they cannot. I support NATO in making the decisions that do not allow Putin to continue to perpetrate terror, and put Ukraine in a position of standing alone (irrespective of financial and arms help). At some point, enough is enough.
