It was Malaysia Airlines-flight 17 (also known as MH17), from Amsterdam (airport Schiphol) to Kuala Lumpur. On board were 298 people: 283 passengers and fifteen crew members. 196 occupants had the Dutch nationality. There were no survivors. It is rumored here in The Netherlands, that Rutte was so furious, he promised himself to take revenge one day.
