I use half & half white vinegar & water with a squirt of washing up liquid and a few drops of tea tree or lavender oil to spray on my shower walls. I use vinegar a lot in the house so go through approx 10 litres a year. I use it in the final rinse water of the washing machine to soften my towels; I use it as a descaler inside & out of my kettle; I use it in the washing up water to shine my stainless steel; and as a wash on fruit & veg...... There are so many uses that no home should be without it!! I like your idea of using pine needles- I will try this. Thank you.

Tip: Use distilled water when adding water to mixture. Deionized water is another purification process that produces purified water using an ion-exchange resin often times (or filter). The minerals like magnesium, calcium, iron and others that cause water spots (negative ions) are exchanged for positively charged ions (like hydrogen). Distilled water is free of hard minerals & calcium that cause water spots but also it will allow your mixture a much longer shelf life. Tap water also carries bacteria’s that can interrupt the natural enzymes you want for cleaning & disinfecting. I often add baking soda & hydrogen peroxide to my mixture as it disinfects really well & helps remove hard water stains, build up & grime but I also have pets so it is an amazing cleaner for pet owners.

Or can I mix Emerald Cedar with another herb (like rosemary)? Thanks for sharing lots of good tips.
