I´ve been doing this exercises for two months now with ankle weights and my butt is 5 cm bigger and thighter, rounder. recommend!

Thank you for these Brazilian butt videos! They really work! This just proves that you don't have to have surgery,you can work at it and get even better results than surgery could give you. Thanks to you,I now almost have a Brazilian butt lol. And I never really finish these videos. So the workouts you give are obviously wonderful

When I get tired of other bum exercises, I always go back to this video to keep up with my training routine. I always get maximum of these exercises plus 10 min of other video bum exercises. This is going on for 5 years now. Thank you so much for this time :)

I did not expect to sweat so much! During the second to last exercise there were literally beads of sweat falling off my face. Thanks for the great workout guys! Also, I'd love to see more arm workouts :)

I've been doing this workout for a month and I've definitely seen results my butt is a lot bigger and my thighs have gone really big.. would totally recommend it as a beginning exercise to do for 2 months and then to go into harder ones

Lifting weights will do incredible things for your body, both health-wise and superficially (appearance related). Muscle weighs more than fat but not by a lot, and muscle looks a lot better, makes you capable, and helps you stay lean, with less work.

Oh Lordy! No can go with this one. That knee replacement would come much sooner. Darn! & this one has all the graphics. But too much for me to modify. Knee is from an injury, riding a steer and jumped off wrong, 61 years ago. As long as I can do what I can do, I'm keeping it!! THANKS FB, Kelly & Daniel for giving me so much assist!!

Fabulous work out the circuit moose fast so that your muscles are constantly confused. I recommend alternating this with a full body strength workout and then one focused on arms so that you're constantly confusing the body. This workout is one of the best they have although quick very tough.

Butterfly Riki I saw results after 2 weeks where it got higher and tighter and rounder. Then about 4 months later it increased in size by a lot.

Toned, lifted, firm - smaller if you combine it with a healthy diet with a caloric deficit (weight loss)

There are lots of beginner workouts. There are many ways to workout. For example there is a low impact beginners cardio that is about 8mins. That might be enough to now, you may do it twice round, if that's too much you could do it once in the morning and once in the evening. The same with longer workouts in rounds. If I don't have time to complete 3 rounds of the kettlebell workout I'll just do.

i have a suggestion. doing some floor work to strengthen the inner thigh will help keep the tension on the knee cap even from side to side. this can spare you from knee cap pain, I learned the hard and painful way

Thanks a lot ! I've got a question and i really need an answer . I do HIIT workouts almost everyday , just because i wanna burn as many calories as possible . I'm wondering if i do Low Impact workouts in the days when i don't feel like getting myself out of breath , do i have to worry about the little number of calories i burn with these workouts ? Because , to be honest , i need to give my body a break between the HITs
