I'm doing 3 exercise videos each day, 5 times a week (with 2 days to rest) TODAY WAS DAY ONE! Please remind me in the comments to keep coming back! DAY 1:✅ (5 min abs routine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) I feel that my body worked but I'm not dead, my legs are WEAK tho, and I can't stretch them completely without effort when they are up. DAY 2:✅ (5 min absmroutine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) I'm feeling fine, I added weights to some of the arms exercises from the other workout video from April, and that made me question my strength, but I finished them all! The stretching part at the end of this video is becoming a little easier in the part where I have to lift my lower leg to hold it D: DAY 3:✅ (5 min abs routine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) My legs felt a bit stronger today, I'm struggling a little with the 8min slim arms but I did it all with weights and without stopping. For now, the easiest thing is still the abs, I may change abs video to push myself a little bit more after this week :) DAY 4:✅ (5 min abs routine, 7 min bra fat loss and 10 min slim thighs) Every time I do these exercises I check my posture and I think that every day I'm getting better at it, that means that the exercises become more complicated tho. Apart from that, today's workout passed away fast DAY 5:✅ (5 min low abs routine, 8 min slim arms and 10 min slim thighs) I changed the abs exercise and I think that worked better today, I took a break from the weights in some arm exercises and I am happy that I did in deed do the 5 days. I may take just tomorrow as rest to do mon-fri exercise and rest on the weekends. DAY 6 & 7: Rest. I need my muscles to regenerateeee WEEK 2 DAY 1:✅ (Lift chest 12min, 5min lower abs and 10 min slim thighs) It was great, I'm getting better at following the exercises :) DAY 2:✅ (Lift chest 12min, 5min lower abs and 10 min slim thighs) I didn't wanna exercise today, but I did! I count that as a win. DAY 3:✅ (Lift chest 12min, 5min lower abs and 10 min slim thighs) I still am using weights for some exercises, and I am getting more and more used to the actual posture in the exercises, so even though they are harder, they feel right. @ idk about weight bc I don’t have a way of measuring it, but i see less volume in the mirror, feel more comfortable with the movements, and I feel stronger :) idk if that answers your concerns :D

Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start . Oh I hope you understand what I mean, I'm not very fluid in English (• ▽ •;)

I will do this for one month and write here the results everyday! Right Leg: 51 cm Left Leg: 51 cm Goal: As much as I can! Day 1:✅ I did it once and I felt my thighs burn. I don’t see any changes for now Day 2:✅ I did it once again and my legs burned even more than yesterday. I still don’t see any changes Day 3:✅ Did it once and it was easier than yesterday. I’m not sure but my legs seem a little bit slimmer Day 4:✅ Did it and it was a lot easier. I don’t see any changes compared to yesterday Day 5:✅ Did it and it started coming very easy to me. I am planning to do this twice a day if I have enough time. I can see small changes in my leg Day 6:✅ Did it once and I felt really good while I was doing. It was fun and I was very energetic too. My legs look the same compared to yesterday Day 7:✅ I did it twice today and I feel very exhausted. I still enjoyed and had fun. I can see that my legs look different compared to day one 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 48 cm Left Leg: 48 cm Total loss in one week: 3 cm Day 8:✅ Did it once and I feel good. I can notice the changes in my leg. By the way, I realized that this exercise can make your stomach flatter too Day 9:✅ Did it once again but today I got tired more than yesterday. I can see changes Day 10:✅ Did it once and my thighs burn but it’s worth it. I always think about the legs I want to achieve when I feel tired and want to give up. Trust me, it hypes you up Day 11:✅ I did it only once today and I feel good. I realized that the streches at the end works very good too. I can open my legs more than before when I try to do splits Day 12:✅ Did it once again and I realized that my legs look better than before when I wear flare jeans. I feel better and more confident about it Day 13:✅ I did it once and I’m very excited for the update day because I feel like the results will motivate me very much Day 14:✅ Did it once and I did it lightly because I’m on my special day 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 46 cm Left Leg: 46 cm Total loss in one week: 2 cm Total loss in two weeks: 5 cm Day 15:❌ I didn’t do it because I wasn’t feeling so good and I was not energetic Day 16:✅ Did it once and I feel better. I feel guilty because I didn’t do it yesterday Day 17:✅ Did it once again. I see differences and I will try not to skip this exercise everyday Day 18:✅ Did it once and today, my thighs hurt but I don’t know why. I hope that it will be easier tomorrow Day 19:✅ Did it once and the back of my legs were a little sore from yesterday. I’ve realized that this exercise can help you improve your muscles too Day 20:✅ Did it once and the soreness of my legs are gone thankfully. I’m looking forward for the measurments day Day 21:✅ Did it once and I am starting to get stretchier thanks to the streches at the end of the exercise 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 45 cm Left Leg: 45 cm Total loss in one week: 1 cm Total loss in three weeks: 6 cm Day 22:❌ I didn’t do it because I was tired and unmotivated Day 23: ✅ Did it once and it was easy Day 24:✅ Today, I did it once and it hurted a little bit Day 25:✅ Did it only once again and I feel the burning Day 26:❌ I couldn’t do it because I was studying hard for my history exam Day 27:✅ I did it only one time and I feel relaxed Day 28:✅ I did it once and this is the final day of the exercise! 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 44 cm Left Leg: 44 cm Total loss in one week: 1 cm Total loss in four weeks: 7 cm 🌟FINAL RESULTS🌟 Starting measurments: 51 cm in both legs Final measurments: 44 cm in both legs Total: -7 cm in both legs ❗️IMPORTANT NOTES AND TIPS❗️ While doing this exercise for one month, I sometimes wanted to give up but I never did because I kept remembering if there’s no pain, you won’t gain anything. I didn’t do any diets but having a diet while doing this exercise will surely increase your results. Plus, I didn’t do any diets but I’m a dancer so I dance for like 1 hours every day. So, I think that this helped me to slim my legs a little faster. During 1 month, I realized that this exercise not only slim legs but help you to stretch more, slim your stomach a little, and keep your body strong. I think that this exercise is perfect and good for starters. So, I recommend this exercise. I will no longer be doing this exercise. I will do this channel’s calve slimming exercise. Good luck, bye!💕

Ok so I know that a lot of the people doing progress reports aren’t finishing it so I wanted to do it. ( also I just wanted to say that I know that my numbers are smaller compared to others, but I wanted to do this cause my top is skinny my legs don’t match with my top at all and look huge compared to my top. Just wanted to point that out🙃) Week 1- 20 inches Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ Day 5✅ Day 6❎😕 Day 7✅ 2 day rest✨ Week 2- 19.5inches Day 1✅ Day 2❎ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ Day 5❎ Day 6✅ Day 7✅ I’m sticking with two weeks but I might do longer. Mine are about 20 inches. I started this challenge and in 4 days I lost 2 cm. I went from 53 cm to 51 cm. my goal is to get to 45 cm. I was almost there when I did the chloe ting leg workout, it for me to 48 but then I gained 5 cm in muscle.

I’m starting to do this workout before school starts! start: 43 cm. dream: 40 cm. day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ (my legs have become a little thinner, and it's quite noticeable.) day 4: ✅ (i lost 1 cm! legs look thinner) day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ this is the end of the first week, and today I lost one cm again. As a result, it became 41 cm in a week, I am very happy, but I’ll not stop there, and I’ll continue for the second week!! I also tried to walk a little more than usual and I didn’t do any diets but i’m planning on going calorie deficit. I started to feel a little de-motivated towards the end of the week. But i’m trying to start walking daily about 1-2 hours to get better reaults faster! 💘 - week 2 - Day 1: ✅

Wow all these negative comments. If you don't like slim thighs or thigh gap then don't watch? It's Asian beauty standard to be slim and a bit curvy. Not everyone wants to be thicc like in the west. This lady makes a good, informative workout vid for ppl who WANT a slimmer thigh. If you don't like that, then why click into a slimner thigh vid?

I agree. Everyone is free to follow their beauty standards (in a healthy way of course). Better achieve it through exercise, than not eating enough, so that is definitely a useful video.

MorningGloryy I know you’re trying to defend this workout after all because this is just a workout video, but it almost sounds like you are body degrading women who are naturally “thicc”. You didn’t even have to include how some people in the west have a naturally bigger physique to make your argument stronger. It’s understandable that’s it’s an Asian beauty standard, but sometimes people try to achieve the slim ‘acceptably body standard’ in an unhealthy way. Slimming your thighs doesn’t just mean getting them to her thigh size in this video. Slim thighs mean something different for everyone. You don’t have to degrade others’ body types to appreciate someone else’s, which is the message that seems to be put off by your comment. I’m not sure if you meant it in that way, but if this is your body standard then it’s just as beautiful as someone in the West who is “thicc”. By the way, most women in the West care to be fit and toned not just “thicc”.

This exercise is 100% effective. Despite starting 1 - 2 days, there felt no pain in doing this workout. I would advice this for all who have fatty thighs. Please follow this, it will help a lot.

I have started this workout 3 months ago ( April) and my legs was 67 cm and now there are at 52 cm. I can see a big difference and I lose 15 kilos!!!! ( I’m in diet). My goal is 47 cm, I normally do 47 cm in end August because I lose 1 cm of my legs all week. I have now a 1h30 workout routine all day and a day rest . I hope for you to reach your goal and don’t give up because you can do it 😊

To everyone who’s wanting to see results... I did this 5-6x a week, once everyday, along with a diet limit of 1400kcal (within my height limits) My initial thigh measurements: 58cm After 2 months: 47cm I’ve also lost about 5-6kg, and I don’t eat clean, just kept within the 1400kcal I’ve stopped doing it so excessively and have progressed to just 1/2x a week. Also have increased my kcal to 1600. Still 47cm after a few months with no rebound. Try it! Dont give up, it works!! 👍🏼 Saw a few comments that mentioned being embarrassed when parents walk in on you. My mom did too and now she’s joining me for every single workout! We laugh at each other instead now 😏🤣 Edit: Would also like to add that I had not done remotely anything close to exercising (unless shopping is counted 😂) in 4 years before starting this. I think that was a major factor to this fast loss.

Hey guys. I've started doing this exercise. So i've decided to write down my progress.Join me in this challenge. Thighs: 66,5 Day 1: ✅️ quite easy Day 2: ✅️ quite easy Day 3: ✅️ last exercise was very difficult to do Day 4: ✅️ last exercise was difficult to do Day 5: ❌️ i was busy Day 6: ✅️ was easy today to do. I succeeded in finishing every exercise . Day 7: ✅️ was easy to do. No hurt. Was not motivating to do it, but I did. 🎉UPDATE: I've lost more than half centimetre on both thighs and calves. (-0,5 cm). Day 8: ✅️ easy to do it Day 9: ✅️ easy to do Day 10: easy to do. Can you please suggest me some exercises to do, because I don't feel pain with this? Day 11:✅️ easy Day 12:✅️ easy Day 13 & 14: ❌️ didn't do because I was unmotivated and i felt tired. 🎉UPDATE: now I'm one cm down. So now it's 65 cm. I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

I wrote it down, hope it helps . 1) Plie squats: Wide stance , feet pointing outwards keeping back straight. 30 secs 2) Laying one leg lift: straight legs, keep toes pointed and tuck belly button in. 30 secs each leg 3) Glute bridge with towel: put towel between knees and press, keep your abdomen tight. 30 secs 4) Leg hugs: don't bend your knees, keep toes pointed. 30 secs 5) Inner thigh lifts: keep legs straight and toes pointed. 30 secs each leg 6) Donkey kicks: keep back straight. 30 secs each leg 7) Laying crossover kicks: put legs up and place right ankle on top of left ankle, open knees to sides when your legs go down. 30 secs and then switch and place left ankle on top of right ankle. 30 secs 8) Laying straight leg knee flexion: put legs up and bend them by the knees, touch your hips with heels. 30 secs 9) Straight legged hip raise: lift your hips with legs up, toes pointing forward. 30 secs It's done!! Now stretch

review/ results: for anyone wondering if it works, IT DOES. i don't have any measures to give y'all bc i didn't take any but it's a VERY noticeable difference and it was in a short amount of time ( about 1 week and a half ) i didn't feel sore after the workout if anyone is wondering. i did it once everyday and skipped the the stretches (@10:13) bc i was to lazy to do em. no diet, just at-least 1 bottle or 2 of water a day ( so that's 500mL- 1L ) i ate a lot of junk and chips and it still worked!! so nooo strict diet didn't up my protein, nun of that shit my thighs are a lot slimmer now and they were big before ( size 9/10 jeans for reference ) yeah besties so please do this bc it works! and fast!! ( also if anyone is wondering, this is the ONLY thigh workout i did. the other workout i did was for abs and it was by lily sabri ) EDIT: measurements if anyone wants it.. BEFORE: 23 inches NOW: 20 inches LOST 3 INCHES OFF IN 1 WEEK IN A HALF!! doesnt sound like much but i promise there's a noticeable difference!! EDIT: it's been 4 months of using this and i'm now a size 6 in jeans :)

Diets aren't real lol, they are only a temporary change. Just try being mindful of what you eat, thats what ive been doing and I feel much better mentally and physically. Resist temptation!!!!!

@@carlinisatnirvana8499 I just try to occupy myself with something so I don't think about food, I only eat breakfast and dinner, and when I get skinny, I'll eat whatever I want and keep exercising too😉😉

I don't follow a specific diet I just limit my Junk food and Sugar intake and detox everyday. I eat the same. It has quite an effect on my upper body!

I swear doing workouts at night when everyone is asleep is just so much better + for this one you can even stay in bed it’s amazing ( I recommend not to tho cause you can sweat lol ) but anyway 1:25 am is such a great hour to workout

BEFORE left upper thigh: 52cm right upper thigh: 52cm left mid thigh: 44cm right mid thigh: 44cm day 1: 💌 day 2: 💌 day 3: 💌 day 4: 💌 day 5: 💌 day 6: 💌 day 7: 💌 AFTER left upper thigh: 51.5cm right upper thigh: 51cm left mid thigh: 42cm right mid thigh: 42.5cm (i forgot so i’m starting today and will update everyday)

Thigh measurements: Before: 54cm Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done Day 4: done Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: done Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: I’ve got a tiny thigh gap now.. my legs overall look better, but me and my bff have also been running 3x a week for 2 weeks straight now... I’m definitely gonna keep doing this😙✌🏼

No diet at all ! this followed by shirlyn kim workout and an arm workout 👁️👄👁️🙌🏻 Left : 56 Right : 57 Day 1 : done Day 2 : done Day 3 : done Day 4 : done (left - 55, right -56) Day 5 : missed Day 6 : done (left-55 , right- 55.5) Day 7 : done I am still gonna continue it and record it here ! Day 8 : done ( left-54 , right- 54.3) day 9 : done day 10 : done (left -54 , right-54 ) day 11 : done Day 12 : skip Day 13 : done Day 14 : done (left-53.8 right ; 53.8 ) Would recommend doing it , but top it off with some other exercise too , and this worked for my mid thigh not inner thighs

Doing this for a month! Day 1: Overalll the workout isnt hard, but my legs were really shaking at the end because of my previous workouts with included legs. I really recommend it! To be honest, I used to do this workout, but i stopped doing that because i got bored. Now i came back again to workouts and im trying to do glow up! See ya tomorrow! Day 2: I feel like it was easier than yesterday even when my body still hurts like crazy. See ya tomorrow!

I did this workout last year and i remember my thighs being like 57 cm, and now they're 50-48 (I also lost 15 kg), but this really helped!!!!

I have a month until school starts! Doing this 2x a day and maintaining a healthy diet along the way. Day 1: Feeling good very easy and im feeling my thighs tingling Day 2: Feel super sore but my thighs feel like they are getting more toned Day 3: Added cardio to the workout and my legs are killing me lol
