Most of us dont have access to fresh lemon balm. I formulate teas. I have lots of dried lemon balm. Gonna try putting a heated lemon balm tea bag on it. Lavender, frankincense, coconut oil, hint of oregano oil is the recipe Ive always used.

Lemon balm and honey worked really quickly! I didnt fancy putting undisolved salt on open sores so I combined your idea with another Id seen. Scrunch up a fresh leaf untill it begins to darken in colour, spread a little honey on the back and stick it onto your cold sore . After a few minutes it itches badly so do something to distract yourself like dancing or walking until the itching passes and that will be the end of the worse of it. I went to bed an hour later and woke up with everything so much better but I still put on another leaf. I also had cortisol/cortisone cream but I was told not to put it on weeping sores, so I put that all over the surrounding areas to stop the virus spreading. ...and here I am. My cold sores were above my eyebrow and on it , near the eye . The area above the eye was very , very swollen and there were many weeping blisters. Now the swelling has gone completely as has the redness, the sores have hardened and there is very little itching which means its stil viral but on the way out. Ill.continue with the treatment until it looks like its completely inactive and then apply then apply the cream for 2-3 days after .

yes in the states we have a tree that if you take the leaves of the tree in tea form it levels out sugar levels high or low (I don't remember the name of it but I know it exists) also take cinnamon in capsule form every day and withing 2 months it should level out your glucose numbers. (high or low) personally I have type 1 and all I have to do is drink cinnamon in my coffee in the morning and I have regular numbers all day. I really recommend looking into the natural remedies for this as the price of meds are skyrocketing and I am hearing there is a shortage coming. also with natural remedies it is important not to eat fast food too much and to try and stay off of soda or flavored water unless it's something like tea with only cane sugar or honey for flavor as most main stream drinks will really mess with your sugar tolerance yes even the "sugar free or diet" drinks.
