My aunt, who passed away last year, a few days shy of her 73rd birthday, had very long hair, it was down past her behind, she had beautiful hair! I don't know why we can't be our individual selves living and doing what makes us happy without the negative comments. And I think gray hair is beautiful! I'm 55 and I don't color my hair, I must be doing something right because I actually think it has gotten darker over the last year or so. My hair has always been dark dark brown with a touch of dark red, of course it has changed over the years, but you can still see a hint of what it used to be. 😊

I am a new🍑watching and👍all of your videos. Back in the day when I was in high school,in the late 60’s, I actually ironed my hair with a clothes iron on an ironing board, to get it straight! All the hippies had straight hair and mine was not straight! I haven’t thought about that in about 56 yrs! LOL My how times have changed. So many tools and products now.🍑Sandra

I’m a hairstylist and I 💯 agree with changing pillow cases every day. I’ve done this for years lol ❤️❤️❤️ also wanted to suggest using a titanium plated flat iron. Makes a huge difference.

Lynne, Hello🌞🌞 I’m not sure what they call a hat like this by you, but we call them, “ lifeguard hats” it’s 15inches. It covers by face, neck and chest. I find that everyone wears sunscreen all day and they don’t wear a hat and I find they have far more Sun damage than I ever have. I hope that answered your question ☀️🍑Lisa

@@PeachesSkinCare Thank you! I agree 100%. Wearing a hat is super important. I even wear one in my car. Most of my melasma is on the left side of my face and neck, from the rays coming through the window while driving the car. With proper skincare and hat wearing, it has lightened significantly!

My hair is long and dark brown like yours. I’m 47 and starting to get greys. Not ready to let it go completely natural yet. I’ve been using Colleen Rothschild’s shampoo/conditioning balm, very nice. I love to let it air dry, twist It up all day. No products just soft! What essential oils are ok for your skin and ok to put in warm water to rinse your face? Thanks for educating us!

Hi Suzanne🧡 I’m not a fan of essential oils that are not in a Carrier oil or in a balanced product( yes like a peaches). Try to keep essentials off your face. For example, Tea Tree oil was considered one of the biggest allergens for years. They are now pulling back on that and saying it may have been something it was grown with? Peppermint for a headache on your temples is fine. But besides that I say no. 🍑Lisa
