I have never worn a sew-in or any type of hair extensions (except braids) in my life. I’ve heard sew-ins can be painful. The last time I had braids was in 2012 before I had hand surgery. I went to a salon and the braids were SO tight I haven’t worn braids since. 😂

sew in’s are not painful unless the person braids too tight.

Amazing hair. Is it mostly 4b or 4a. I don't know if natural long 4c would shrink more when wet. My hair has never gotten that long and for the first time in my life I am going natural. I gave up relaxers and hair color.

Yees i had a sew in once gave me massss head ache etc in summer time a bad time for extensions ket alone sewn in permanent”ish lol. And my husband and i took em out not having a CLUE what we were getting into!!! Sad. I lost soo much hair from those

Olaplex is great! I’ve been using them for going on 2 years now, but for scalp relief any light oil will help. I use the Mielle Rosemary oil or Jojoba oil.
