Natural remedies - bug bites and stings - greater plantain - food and medicine.

Broadleaf plantain / greater plantain is a fantastic plant to use for bug bites and stings .
we need to crush up the leaves to make a poultice. Then, apply the poultice to the bug bite. it will help take away the itch and help draw infection out.
we can also use the leaves as a spinach substitute.
along with the seeds can be eaten raw or toasted. The young ones' tastes of mushrooms!
