Thanks for the video and the great update. The pool was quite the challenge, but you made it look easy. Using copper to control the algae is genius. I know you will miss the pool, but adventure awaits.

Just found you're videos yesterday and now jait saw this will be you're last update with the pool already. I barely saw you're video and I don't know you at all, but I felt a tiny bit sad for you haha. Hope the move goes well and you enjoy your knew place. Thanks for showing us the pond/pool. It definitely has a much nicer energy to it then a regular pool.

I appreciate the sentiment. This pond/pool will be what I miss the most about this place.

Do you hold your breath when you go under water? Or is the water breathable? 🤔

Awesome video! What is stopping you from putting in fish?

I built it for swimming. Fish bring a whole other set of hurdles to contend with. I'm sure it can be done. Just doesn't interest me.

Glad to see the update but sorry to hear that you had to leave it behind. How did your timbers holding up over time? I'm planning out a similar project and I'm debating using denser wood but if its unnecessary that would be nice. Out of curiosity, how much did you end up spending on the project?

As long as your timbers stay submerged they will be preserved. It's fungus and insects that rot damp timber. We spent about 22k.
