Thanks for that link for carb-phobes 😂 Sort of getting there, although I have done little self experiments with 1/2 banana in an avocado smoothie, organic rolled oatmeal with nuts/seeds/heavy cream… 😋🍌❤

Both of you look great. If your glowy skin has anything to do with your diet I'm interested. I've been on and off keto. This time I'm going on a dairy free keto. Also looking to tweak it some a bit by incorporating some of the foods you guys suggested. Thank you!

Yes, fresh fruit & veg and good meat, and so on can be expensive. But on the other hand you should not be buying loads of processed meat and other foods, sweet stuff like pastries, burgers, snacks like sweets/chocolate bars/candy and crisps/chips, and junk food in general ... and also cut down very much on booze If you work out the overall cost you'll probably find it's about the same, possibly even cheaper if you're honest You don't have to pay to go to a gym - just walking or doing your own exercises is free!

You don't need to eat so much. I think shopping to be healthier is cheaper. Fast foods are getting expensive 😅

Mix it with intermittent fasting. Less food, but you need less good food... as opposed to eating lots of bad food.
