Aluminium is significantly more likely to leach into food, and at higher levels, in acidic and liquid food solutions like lemon and tomato juice than in those containing alcohol or salt. Leaching levels climb even more when spice is added to food that’s cooked in aluminium foil. Anything acidic sparks a particularly aggressive process that dissolves layers of aluminium into food.

For a completely healthy and natural way to rob a bank, tightly wrap your head in foil, carefully pinch out 2 eye holes and 1 small nose hole and proceed to the bank. Repeat the process on the security guard's head and use your gun to make the 3 holes. Using foil gloves, lift the money into foil bags and make your getaway in your foil covered car with your foil covered friends. This is the best way to foil the cops.

The major uses for aluminium metal are in Transportation (automobiles, aircraft, trucks, railway cars, marine vessels, bicycles, spacecraft, etc.). Aluminium is used because of its low density; Packaging (cans, foil, frame etc.). Aluminium is used because it is non-toxic, non-adsorptive, and splinter-proof; Building and construction (windows, doors, siding, building wire, sheathing, roofing, etc.). Since steel is cheaper, aluminium is used when lightness, corrosion resistance, or engineering features are important; Electricity-related uses (conductor alloys, motors and generators, transformers, capacitors, etc.). Aluminium is used because it is relatively cheap, highly conductive, has adequate mechanical strength and low density, and resists corrosion; A wide range of household items, from cooking utensils to furniture. Low density, good appearance, ease of fabrication, and durability are the key factors of aluminium usage; Machinery and equipment (processing equipment, pipes, tools). Aluminium is used because of its corrosion resistance, non-pyrophoricity, and mechanical strength. Aluminium coins have been produced for small denomination currency, owing to its low manufacturing cost and negligible bullion value. So paranoid Americans "it's not bloody toxic"

Cooking with foil releases a lot of aluminum which goes into the food. I was raised in the 80s and my mother cooked with foil a few times a month and I’m fine but why consume contaminates when you don’t have to...

You don't put it in the dryer. It goes in the washer. Make a ball about the size of a baseball / tennis ball and toss it in. This does actually work. I use it for my clothes and my horses blankets/ saddle pads that are coated with hair and sweat. They come out looking great and ready for the dryer. This method works well because it keeps all that junk out of your dryer. It also removes static electricity.

I'm 67. Aluminum foil has been in the public use all of this time, maybe a bit longer. After using aluminum foil for a good part of that 67 years and feeling no side effects, I would be pretty sure that you can use it 'til hearts content. It is not going to hurt you in any way. Unless some know it all has mess with the original recipe to make the stuff. Just because a 'warning' comes on Facebook don't believe everything you see and hear. Have a great foil wrapped baked potato with all the trimming that you want. Sour cream, bacon anyone?
