Don't have to be rich for this, just need 3 or 4 talented people working together with ok equipment. Hell, I had to make the majority of them solo and they came out looking great, just gotta teach yourself editing and vfx. (The cameras and equipment aren't even that expensive if you think about it)

Do you think that basically means .... professional level people working on each aspect of the video with professional grade equipment.
