Bought one through finger hut, I refused payment after finding out it was not mppt, they did not want it back. Contacted the company and they insisted it was MPPT, then I sent pictures of my MPPT controller, they still argued it was MPPT when it was a PMW.. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. They make great inverters, but wind turbines are a different story. It will make 400 watts if winds are at 80 mph..

Same thing happening to me, brand new turbine, in a snow storm, barely spins, not output on controller. When I disconnected the battery it starting spinning the fastest I've seen so far... cheap faulty controller, I guess.

you didn't put the terminal on the "opposite side" as tech support suggested.

But I did. I go over it at 15:45. They are on opposite ends of the battery bank (the + & -)
