It is amazing, How we as Human species have put so many efforts in preserving them. From understanding their food, trying to get a bacteria to help them digest it, help them mate, help them understand mating and so much more. These creatures are not only cute, they are beyond cute. They are extremely adorable and more lovable than any animal I have seen. Hope we find more nutritious and calorie rich food for them and help them become independent. Hope we also find a solution to their low libido and extremely short mating period.. . . P.S - I think China should let the whole world grow and nurture Panda, and not treat them like they are just their property. Develop science and let other countries learn and grow this species.
@davidzhang62304 жыл бұрын
You are right about global joint research on protection of the species and that's exactly what has been trying in recent decades. However, giant pandas have huge appetites (about 40-60kgs of bamboo every day) and are extremely picky on their diet, they only eat fresh bamboo of certain types in southwestern China. So food has to be transported by air and feeding them in other parts of the world will be extremely expensive. That's why there are not so many zoos in the world or research programs has enough fund to raise them.

And with there care they live to be 35 yrs old. I Thought that was very interesting!! Their are more than 1,600 panda's left !! They sure eat alot of Bamboo, 40 lbs a day !! They eat that for 14 hrs and sleep 10 hrs !! That was something I did not know !! Panda's are a beautiful bear !! The man and his Grandson were also very interesting to watch !!
