Been loving the content you’ve been pumping out lately! I thought you’d just cut one of the shufflers each from your old naturia list but I love seeing you innovate and try out so much new stuff! It really differentiates you from a lot of the other KZbinrs!

I think this is very innovative and a good step forwards to building this deck without the need of it being a way to counter ishizu tears. I wholeheartedly agree that the ishizu shufflers are the worst cards in the deck whilst most other naturia runick players really praised them and maxed them both at three. The bystial cut caught me off guard as it was a nice package to make a quick level 10 synchro without going the charge warrior or coral dragon route, whilst potentially getting an interruption with druiswurm, but understandably it is cut with the smite of tears on the list lol (could be a good side deck option though if against branded or drytron etc). Another level 10 synchro option is the new icejade synchro, can be summoned with coral dragon because it is a water tuner and helps protect your monsters from being banished or destroyed as well as an interruption and can revive itself from grave after opponent banishes a card, so it seems quite good this format. Another tech option (albeit not the best) is the rescue ace package, being 3 rescue ace impulse and one fire attacker. It's nice turn 0 as its requirements are quite easy, impulse is just when the opponent activates a monster effect on field and discards to summon fire attacker. fire attacker is level 6 and when opponent adds a card from deck to hand you draw 2 and discard one (basically any aluber or stratos-type monster allows for both effects to occur so an easy +1). Also the brave power tool is such an incredible and useful card, as when building the first version of this deck, many times i included stinkbug due to the frustration of camellia and sunflower, only for sunflower to get attacked over, and a protected 2 monster negates, alongside baronne and runick and the insane card advantage and out resourcing is the way to go. Would love to test this out and help build with you man :D

Sorry, still have more to say xD horneedle as you said is great for kashtira with 2-3 pops if you have camellia and then a molcricket, also if you draw the brick its level 4, so that and any runick spell for a dugares if in doubt. Also thoughts on chaos hunter in the side? shifter always hurts and plus im kind of coping but chaos hunter plus camellia is an easy way to make Psychic end punisher (or camellia and fenrir which i often did in vernusylph naturias).

I love all these ideas and I’m so happy to see people trying and messing with new things for this format. I honestly think every idea here can have a place it just depends on where the format leads to! In testing this im going to constantly reference these comments for ideas thank you! There is so much opportunity now for this deck to expand and I’m just excited to try it all!

@@JarridYGO Honestly man you're a genius for figuring this out, how you managed to find it im surprised, but genuinely so happy, this is like my favourite deck lol, and you're welcome man thank you so much for showing this us. I will definitely start testing and if there's anything new I will comment here, there is a lot of opportunity and i think we all can make it work. Will be looking forward to this next stage of naturia runick!

Hey, like your list so far. I will definetly try the bamboo sword engine a bit, though i dont know if thats actually the way to go. Personally im currently trying out dpe engine + 2 fenrir instead of the mass bsystial and shufflers. The grind game using these cards is pretty insane. Withoug all those shufflers and bystials the dpe engine is really good again, and works pretty well in this deck. you can even pop a tree with him if heres one left in your hand. DPE + Fenrir also gives you way better go second options game 1, as the bamboo sword cards dont help in braking boards, which is one of the main problems of this deck. Also, that many draws often lead to seeing bricks like sunflower more often, which can be pretty annoying i have found.

Cool vid and ideas! Do you think the bamboo cards become redundant post turn 2? Like turn 1 great you build a board with Baronne and Power Tool but once you use up his equips, and if he is still alive, you hope to draw the rest of the bamboo cards to equip to it or, if he’s dead, remaining bamboo cards just become dead. Do you not think Nat Beast is just better and so ending on that instead would be of more value? Have you considered the Vernusylphs plus a copy each of Mudora and Keldo and even Orange Light?

So after turn 1 the only bamboo swords left are 1 curse and 2 goldens. Was thinking of reducing it but im not sure yet but ya its all stuff that needs to change with testing. I love nat beast rught now but it needs cards to back it up. I just hate that fenrir/unicorn attack beats it sadly but its very good if you can stop that. I usually do vern or runick not them together yet!

@@JarridYGO Honestly I think that the bamboo sword package is amazing, even in hand others see drawing them as a brick, however i think it adds a lot of value if you draw one or even multiple cursed bamboo swords. It can be used like sacred tree as a discard fodder for hugin and you get a golden bamboo sword search. even if you attach it to a monster and synchro it away (i.e attach to camellia) it gets sent to gy and you still get the search. Or for example in testing I drew 2 of it but not much else, so i thought it was a brick but then i discarded one for cost for hugin, got a golden bamboo, then attached the other cursed bamboo sword in hand and drew two with the golden, cursed bamboo sword is honestly one of the best cards in the deck.

Any thoughts on using the spright engine to extend end boards? Been experimenting with spright and the nimble engine along side naturia so that the end board can persist through sprind and letting the synchro options expand. The new lvl 8 insect synchro makes using lvls to sync pretty fun

This deck's biggest weakness I feel is how saccy the bamboo cards are, because they do little to nothing turn 2 and onwards, esp if you're going second the other problem is unicorn rip. Unicorn is quite a powerful card

Damn that's genius. I played Naturia Ishizu Bystial Runick an loved it. Now the shufflers are gone and the bystials aren't that strong anymore. Thx for this idea man. 😍

No problem I encourage testing and trying to see what is missing. It’s a early draft but when you draw like 5+ cards T1 for essentially free I think high potential

Depending on the number of Runick spells in your hand, you can also decide to use Freki for the Synchro 9 and search Blessing out of Sacred Tree.

Sadly this deck is heavily hit by it. I like going into something like babooshka to stall out the shifter. Usually they’ll chain it on a runick but if you have mole you summon it first, this puts it in grave too to dodge shifter which is helpful. I hope this helped!
