I'd love to see you do an iridology episode. It's like mixing naturopathy and eye exams. I'm surprised given the popularity of those two subjects in the ASMR community that iridology hasn't caught on as much.

Broccoli tip: get a bag of the florets, drizzle with olive oil so everything is just coated. Big pinch of salt and black pepper and some minced garlic. Pop it in the oven on a sheet pan at like 220 C for about 30 min/until there’s lots of dark brown bits. You’ll be able to smell when it when it hits that caramelization point-it’ll get that nice roasty smell. It tastes lovely, and that recipe basically works for all veg. ❤

What I find is that when I don't cook dinner, I get too tired to cook dinner, so I don't cook, so I stay tired to cook. When I do finally make myself cook, I have just a little more energy after and the next day and it really does seem to help.

Yay…another ASMR Beauty video. I really enjoyed the initial consultation you had with this lady so glad to see you’ve done another video with her. She was right to focus on improving your diet. And you’re looking really healthy. I’ve been eating a raw vegetarian diet for 5 years now and I highly recommend it. I do treat myself but I feel so much better now I eat a raw vegetarian diet. I eat raw eggs which probably isn’t advisable but they’re great for Vitamin D and protein. I also have fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and milk.

I’ve learnt how to improve my diet even more even though I eat a raw vegetarian diet as I don’t really eat fresh herbs although I do have loads of fresh raw garlic and ginger. I’ll have to think about how I incorporate them in to my diet. Maybe I’ll use them when I eat cooked food which I still do eat a few times a week.
