I adore makeup vids on youtube, but rarely get to use them or draw inspiration from them in my daily life. Tomorrow I am attending a ball in which the theme is dark and twisted fairytales. I haven't got a costume but thought I might express myself through makeup. I bought my first set of false eyelashes and my dress is purple and I thought, where have a seen a dark, whimsical purple look before? Naturally you came first! Can't wait to try this out!

I am loving the new camera!!! It seems to make everything look better and less harsh than usual. I know this sounds weird, but I think the new camera makes you look paler. lol. I don't know, that could just be me. In all honesty, I didn't like the blush, but it didn't look bad with the makeup. I absolutely love your videos and I never want you to stop making them! :)

I asked MAC which colors were used for that look and they gave me the names of some red violets. Clearly the editing involved cooling down the color balance. MissChievous, thank you! This is what we really want that look to be!!!!!

I love this look!! The purple and the pink go very well together. It kind of reminds me of what maybe Queen Cleopatra might have done or present day . I love the way you do your makeup. Beautiful! I have GOT to get MUFE 92...it's got to be the prettiest purple I've ever seen. Have you still been using the LiLash? Your natural lashes are UNBELIEVABLE! This look is stunning. I am a dark fairy thing for halloween, is kind of a pretty costume which I made myself (I normal buy scary cool ones but I'm super poor) and I think this will go perfectly! Beautiful make up like this deserves to be worn more though.
