I strapped up in full Air Force flight gear and you look cool but it is very uncomfortable- especially once they strap the aircraft to your harness, now you are uncomfortable in a very tight space and when the pilot starts with the G's you will feel the air making things go tight around your waist and legs and in the back of your head.

If they can spend half a million dollars on a pilot's custom fitted helmet with its fully integrated HUD and ultra high strength Kevlar construction, then surely they can make custom or at least varied size flight harnesses and G Suits.
