Unfortunately, I don’t have the patience to listen to this whole thing even on 2x speed. However, JazakAllah for speaking on this especially as a Muslim woman. InshaAllah you could have a black Muslimah on here to speak on life with ADHD. It’s such a different experience as a BIPOC regarding mental health. The Muslim perspective narratives are unfortunately dominated by Arab Muslims, even though they are the minority.

me too, i’ve been listening to it bit by bit. i would recommend doing that because there is helpful and comforting information here. i’m only 18 minutes in and i already feel more understood and seen
