This video series has positively influenced my decision to purchase this chair. Nice to see a company designing for ease of repair.

🛑🛑 Hello…I have a Cozza Lyxe Massage Chair. When the massage is working your back in “circler motions” the chair is very noisy and sounds like a gearbox is “growling”. It only makes the “growling noise” when making the “circler motions” not the “pounding motion”. What do you think my issue is? Thank You.

Upon turning on my chair, the thick centre axis that pushes up the foot rest gets a little blocked by the metal bar across. It then gets pushed up by the force and creates a loud 'bang' sound. BTW, this is the end of the thicker part of the axis causing the issue, and the thinner part goes in and out of it to push up the foot rest. I would very much appreciate your advice.

I have this exact model. Amazed that there were no software updates to the wacky programing. What is the latest Firmware flash/software for this chair? When running from memory banks, adjust the hardness of the massage only 'Sticks' for 30sec or so , then goes back to the harder level. Also, kind of silly for it to do a shoulder Hight alignment EVERY single time you use the chair. Especially when selecting one from a specific memory bank.

I have an aolida massage chair. It stopped working when 1 belt broke and now the only buttons that work are the recline buttons. The massage functions don't work at all. Could the belt be the cause. And how can I put it in service mode to test other funclions

Thanks for making this video. I would NEVER buy another massage chair without looking into whether the company has service agents such as yourself or not. Otherwise you have a 5k paperweight. I live in NY and made the mistake of purchasing an OSIM chair from Brookstone years ago. There is positively Nobody to service the chair. I have had to do it myself. OSIM is no help at all, they don’t maintain parts, and have no schematics. I’ve wound up with a “frankenchair” but only because I’m mechanically handy. I would gladly pay someone to fix it when it breaks, but there is nobody within 200 miles!

How to get "Engineering" mode, am a tech that sells, installs and repairs these but Customer Service won't give me that!
@HumanTouchWellness5 жыл бұрын
Hi Barrie, I double checked with our Engineering team and for the Navitas, specifically, engineering mode is required to replace the massage mechanism, so it is public information contained in the repair instructions as follows: With the chair power switch on and the remote power off, press and hold the AUTO and POWER/RESTORE buttons simultaneously until several dashes display in the upper left corner of the remote screen, then press the PASSPORT or the sun/moon sleep button to enter Engineering Mode. For any further assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Experience team. Thank you!
