Navitimer adjacent model from Berny [ Model 2845M]

I'm a huge fan of the Navitimer. This actually looks pretty good, but it would have looked better if they just put the B on the dial and ditched the word Berny. I know the bigger watches work well for you, but I would have liked a little smaller version for myself. I believe they have a 39mm Navitimer now. 39x47 would have been perfect! Hopefully they read this and come out with an alternate size option that I'm sure alot of people would appreciate! Great review as always, Steve!

Picked up a AMZWATCH's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!

Thx for the review. I'd be interested on how it resists hairlines : indeed, I've noticed that some lowed price watches, which claim to be Stainless Steel, seem to be more prone to scratches just by wearing them (typically my latest Specht & Söhne), which eventually is a deal breaker. I suspect not all use 316L grade, but something softer. Nothing to do with the polished surfaces : they really are hairlines magnets. That does not happen on my Baltanys or San Martins.

The bezel a logarithmic scale (slide rule) for conversion (I.e gallons to liters, mph to kph) & you can also use it for division & multiplication. Totally obsolete function but still very cool

The brown leather rally strap looks great! Would probably also look good on a reddish leather strap! The slide rule works great for quick currency conversion when visiting foreign countries..

Great review 👍. I've never been a fan of the Navitimer, but my son-in-law is and this looks perfect for him, I might but it for Christmas 👍. I've compared the markings on the bezel/dial with an original photo and it looks the same to my uneducated eye, so hopefully the slide rule is fully functional 🤞

Great review, thanks! FYI, there's a Casio Edifice quartz chrono that looks like the Navitimer, I had it but it was like 44 or 45 mm. Had a complete chrono registering hours (12 hour register). Best regards

That red triangle marker at the top is slightly off and I can't overlook it :/ it's my only complaint with this.

Dont Berny me! Sorry it had to be said 🤣 Had Berny just used the new B logo with perhaps Chronograph or a cheeky Navigator (not Navitimer ) in smaller font under the B I think they would sell thousands more.

Bought this watch after your review..Just received the watch..and Steve I have to tell you it is the WORST watch I have ever bought from Alie, and I have around seventy from them. The bezel is seized, had to work it back and forth with a pair of multi grips over a cloth...still seized...The bracelet is tinny, and in general the finish is nowhere near PD. My first and last Berny watch! I am a fan of your reviews but now, not of this one.

@@kennethcullen1208 interesting, I remember this being one of their nicer watches...that's disappointing to hear especially since I recently had another guy with the opposite feeling towards his...he loved his. I'd get a refund if I were you.
