Why was the testing done by the navy in such a congested section of the sea….. were safety procedures followed and if so do they need to be reviewed. How about passenger ferry did it have life jackets for all… was it over loaded… both need to be thoroughly investigated and reported to people without prejudice.

Everyone is blaming the Navy. However nobody is doubting the actions of the passenger vessel. Why do they carry people beyond the capacity? Why aren't life jackets provided in such ferries to passengers in advance before the departure? Government should make it mandatory to provide life jackets. While driving a Car wearing a seat belt is necessary and while riding a bike a helmet is necessary. Then while going by s boat isn't a life jacket necessary? There should be a new rule making it mandatory to wear life jackets. If such ferries don't provide life jackets then their transport licenses should be revoked.

Because they cost money. How many times u see people breaking the signal? Why? Because their impatience is more important than safety ... these are all indications of everything else being important but not persons life. I don't think there is ANY flaw in my reasoning.
