If the U.S. Navy chaplain who lives next door to me is supposed to be representing faith, hope, and enriching the spirit of others he is failing miserably. He will be going to a hearing in January for indecent exposure but thanks to the U.S. Constitution and the laws of our land he is innocent until the judge finds him guilty. The Navy has covered up his misconduct for five years. Keep it real - lies are not helping.

Caleb Betts His lawyer was able to turn the charge of indecent exposure into an accusation that we were violating his right of privacy. The judge, Hodges, has never been to law school and did not know what an easement (shared driveway) is. Without looking at the evidence she said his pants could have fallen down. The chaplain rubbed his buttocks with his hand. Virginia Beach justice system. Fraud and lots of money wins again.
