There's a bill to upgrade his Navy Cross to the Medal of Honor let's push congress to have this incredible man receive what he earned

Tbh, out of my own ignorance, I didn't have high expectations for this one. But dang, it went deep. It's more proof that ALL of these conversations are super important. Every conversation is an opportunity for a touch point with someone who needs to hear something. And these convos are also opportunities for those of us who haven't served in the military to learn about those who have, and how we can better serve them in return. Thanks!

Tosh is a beast of nature. I knew him when he was an IOC instructor at Quantico. This legend is definitely from a different Era. He's just made different.

The first time I was introduced to Brian, I was introduced to his boots first. Rainy, muddy, shitty night in Quantico at TBS. I was trying not to fall asleep behind a machine gun in a muddy foxhole. Suddenly I realized his boots standing next to my M240G at about 2 am. I looked up, not recognizing who this Marine was, as he squatted down and offered me a pinch of his pouch of Red Man Chewing Tobacco. Later that week I realized who he was as an instructor teaching a POI at the TBS schoolhouse. I learned of his actions in combat and what a badass American he was/is. Best Chew ever.

A fucking man, brother!!!! That is fucking leadership right there. I have been screaming at my phone about to have a brain aneurysm. Perfect. Everything you said, the special operations and their funding compared to misfit Island sucks. Obviously, you put it in way better detail. I was about to say I wish we had 100 more like you but I think that would be trademarked just like everything else in our community

This finnish guy Jari Saario did that solo. And also did it twice. From Canary Islands to Antigua and from Newfoundland to Germany.

Not proud to say it, but at the 56 minute mark Evan talks about the 101st guy (SGT Akbar), he was in one of the platoons in the combat engineer company I was in.
