I’ve been parsing through all of this guy’s videos all day. You civilians and prospective military people need to listen to this guy. He is spot on. I enlisted in 99, and in retrospect wish there was a KZbin, and a dude like Jake educating the world. He’s 100% spot on. Again, thanks Jake. Your videos are helping to improve the quality of product our military produces.

I'm back again I always enjoy Jake's mkaaaay and kay? You can actually break it down when he ends a statement with kay it's him saying do you understand what I'm telling you? Then the long KAYYYYYY is oh man young man on the other end you are not prepared and don't even have what it takes to make it. We need more alpha tip of the spear no frill bs guys like Mr. Zweig. I grew up in the 80's where discipline and well physicality was dished out for being out of line etc. So I'm so glad to be part of Gen X, cause so many of these young bucks coming on here always think there's shortcuts to get what they want, or are absolutely shocked when Jake is blatantly honest with them. Young future prospective soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines listen to this man. He may come off over the top, motivated etc, but one thing he has not done and will not do is BS you young men. Just listen and follow his advice and programs and if it seems like too much then honestly just settle with the fact that not everyone can be these savages. Once again I'm so happy I went through the military from 1998-2004 where it still was harsh reality. Jake brother I swear this will be my last post about your kays and mkayyyys haha. You are the man, and what you pro-bono is beyond selfless and needs to be commended. Keep up the outstanding work frogman.

The thing I heard that stood out the most to me was came out of foster care with a clean record. Most of us foster kids were behavior problems, by the time I was 18 I had multiple vandalism charges, resisting arrest, under the influence of a controlled substance, and my foster brother was doing a life sentence for murder. You had some legit foster parents and my hats off for getting through college.
@montyburnz3 жыл бұрын
Did you have good foster parents? I hope so, because there's so many horror stories. It makes me sad our society does not do more to make that system better.
@airman200120013 жыл бұрын
@@montyburnz I did have good foster parents, but as kids we already had alot of issues, rarely did I come across another foster kid that wasn't venting and rebelling against the system. Its not so much the system as it's the kids struggling to cope. I personally had 2 great foster families that I regret the way that I treated them.

@@airman20012001 I'm glad to hear there are good foster families out there. Too many horror stories. I hope you're healing from your upbringing.

His GPA too low for Nursing , It’s recommended a 3.0 3.5 just to sit for interview and you have to bang out a year of prep courses in Chemistry, Science . There’s tons of applicants that have 3.5 and up , tough program to get into .

I’m 19 currently and I had a ACL Reconstruction and a Meniscus repair on my 18th birthday (YES I PICKED THE DATE) anyways I blew through my meniscus again that following summer because I got on it too early and decided to run 10 miles a day for 2 days then got it removed the following January after realizing it was to bad of a tear to rehab. Anywho I’m preparing myself to sign an option 40 enlistment contract. Love the vids 💪🏽 and I’m putting myself on pasta 🍝!

KneesOverToes guy before you go, otherwise it’ll blow out again in RASP
@ik58523 жыл бұрын
@@hero_twixx488 yeah thats not a good thing to go if youre not ready or you still have an injury, youll die in Pre RASP and RASP if you tear ur ACL again or fuck ur meniscus up AGAIN. Thats three injuries to ur legs, pre rasp will fuck your legs if youre not ready for it, dont go if youre not ready. Say you tear ur ACL or blow ur meniscus a third time then youre done and most likely be discharged if its too bad. Youll then be sent home because youre useless to the Army and youll need to find something in the civilian world, but if you think youre fully healed and havent had injuries in the past 6 months or so before leaving then go ahead and earn that tan beret and scroll.

Wait so he hasn’t really done any training and you are telling him he can’t be a SEAL? What if he gets in shape before he goes
@ik58523 жыл бұрын
Its the truth, who would win? A dude thats been running a 5 or 6 minute 1.5 mile and swimming the same time for swimming and doing 80+ pushups, situps, and 10+ pull ups or a dude that just starts training. Thats just to get selected for a contract then he'll be tested if he can finish all of SEAL training. Plus that dude is already older so he's not gonna be as easy to get into shape and run and swim those times or the calisthetics. But anything can happen, people just need to stop tryna be a SEAL, if you dont mind being in the fleet then go ahead, the truth is that not everyone will be a SEAL at the end of the day.
