You're probably aware of this by now but i think one thing that could help you on Loatheb is having healers stand on the other side of the boss than the melee dps. Everytime Loatheb turns around to cast the healer debuff after each healer heals, all dps are subject to parry which 1. is bad for dps and 2. enables parry haste for the boss, making it hit the tank much faster which can be rough for heals. Very nice video of progression tho! Always interesting to see. I would love to see more progression videos if you're still raiding naxx

We just run straight over from noth and hit that flat wall, then run along that and take a sharp right and just hug the wall all the way along to heigan. Take a break before heigan and maybe clear a few waves of pats while people regen then go. its important to stop when you get a pack of grubs and clear them before moving again. Make sure that the tree beast bog warrior things are getting tanked out of the raid, so just have 1 tank assigned to get on those asap and people should dps them down from range before people start moving up!

Banging video mate, my guild is 10/15 on nethergarde keep EU. Haven’t tried Loatheb yet due to the consume requirement so good to see how the fight works! What was it the guy said about Holy Priest dying at the end there?

Hey bud thanks for watching :) Shadow prot potions are an absolute must here or loatheb isnt going down its expensive! As a holy priest, if you die you can spam heals in spirit of redemption and have no CD on ur heals. Can even be worth using soulstone on some hpriests and abusing this. Really nice for topping the raid after 2nd impending or something

Do you play now deep prot? On the last logs u used Shield slam, why did u change to deep prot? Would u recommend for 2nd or 3th tank furthermore to play fury prot?

I specced deep prot as we were having problems with saph, I wasn't even dying in fury prot I just wanted to go full deep prot to test it's threat and help the healers out by taking a little bit less damage. Deep prot is defo viable on alliance side because of salvation without world buffs, but I would advise offtanks to fury prot so they can DPS on solo tank bosses and have an easier time with catch up threat bosses like gluth etc :)

Hey bro, we struggled on saph last raid and had 0 threat issues. So i specced deep prot and went extremely mit focused like 5/5 parry and 5/5 deffence talent to see if it helped with other things. I wasnt dying but wanted to help lower raid damage. deep prot was really good i took a lot less damage and threat was nice, i think you would definitely have threat issues horde side though :)

What is it you do to make Heigan follow you almost instantly? I feel like i can be all the way into the next safe-zone before he starts moving, meaning my uptime on the boss is super low, and threat becomes a major hindrance. I've tried both turning around and running, but also strafing, strafe-jumping, and even backpedaling. None of them seem like good solutions. It doesn't help that heigan is one of the hardest-hitting bosses in here. Twice i've been chonked right after application of the disease, which means i need a solid amount of T3 gear, with it's lack of threat stats.

I have the same problem as you, luckily heigan doesn't hit pretty hard so your safe to dual wield tank him, try and get a big threat lead with a maybe an earthstrike trinket and a mighty rage pot and you should be good!

Your guild really seems to be in sync. im in a casual guild and our tanks are tryhard (i'm a tank) with about 17% of the dps and 15% of the healers. ive been raiding with them forever, but i feel like i wont get to see naxx if i stay with em :(. A sad crossroads.

Naxx is very challenging and required 100% raid focus, it's tough and very expensive wish u the best on your journey
