All this bandwagon millenials should watch this. 90s is the true era of superteams
@lainiwakura46784 жыл бұрын
Except those teams were put together via the draft. But yeah all the teams in the EC 1-8 come playoff time would have 3-4 really good players, if not 5. Maybe even depth too. The Hawks and Hornets were like the perennial 7-8 seed types and look at their starting lineups: Hawks - Stacey Augmon, Mookie Blaylock, Steve Smith, Kevin Willis, Dikembe Mutombo Hornets - Mugsy Bogues, Del Curry, Glen Rice, Larry Johnson, Alonzo Mourning Those are loaded teams. In that era though that level of talent is only good enough for a 1st round exit.

@@sillygoose635 Boomers would be talking up guys like Wilt Chamberlain, or maybe Bill Russell. You are correct though that they are the worst generation. So soft they couldn't even win a war against rice farmers with knock off Russian rifles that were really made in China and jammed up. @lainiwakura46784 жыл бұрын
That's just how it works sometimes. It was far more fun to watch too. But then it's like every team in the east tried to be like the Knicks and Heat at the end of the decade going into the 2000's. And it was ugly basketball. It's when I stopped watching. And I actually find it even worse now after the rule changes. Even a royale rumble on the court is more fun than uncontested layups and jacking 3's. I did think the Suns and Spurs of that decade were fun teams to watch though. I could sit through them and the Mavs.
