If you play with less spacing, play as the #1 option, play against better competition, your overall impact will be less efficient. Siakam is more efficient as a second option in Indiana but his role was harder in Toronto in 2022. How do you compare those two seasons without the context of role and load?

He’s averaging 4 less shot attempts per game this season that’s why he’s averaging 25 instead of 28. For me "strenght of schedule" matters to a certain extend. No matter how you wanna slice it, a 30-8 in the west is on a similar level to a 30-8 east team. Same with both team from the west n east that are 15-45. The gap between the west n the east this season really occurs in the middle (from 6th to the 12th seed).
