damn i hate that rule, i like watching old games where guys would try to drive and come out on the other end all folded up like a pretzel. Then you would see who was really talented to be able to get past those defenders.

People were getting injured af and nobody was scoring so they did it to encourage a more entertaining game with less trips to the ER. Hence the Steph small ball 3’s era

You can’t stand in the paint for more than 3 seconds unless you’re legally allowed. The video outlines all the exceptions for like 10 min 😂
