At 3:44, Bob Costas mentions the statistical oddities of western conference teams losing at home going back to 1989 to the Lakers losses to the Pistons. He mentions that, and while Portland would end up breaking that streak in this game, it continued in Game 5. It's also a foreshadowing of the next season in the finals, as the trend would continue, when the Phoenix Suns lost all 3 game to the Chicago Bulls at home. 1989 through 1993, western conference team whoever they were, at home in the finals were 1-13, with that 1 win being this game.
